Weekly Shonen Jump #7 revealed additional info on upcoming One Piece Magazine which will star brother of protagonist of One Piece - Ace and will be serialized very soon.
According to Issue the magazine will have multiple issue in future which will have a novel with Ace as protagonist and will supposedly cover certain stories:

- Departure from Mt. Colubo
- Formation of Spade Pirates
- Showdown with Jinbe
- To the 2nd Division commander of Whitebeard Pirates

Sandman:

Yeah, ONE PIECE Magazine seems to include a novel (not manga) about Ace. It says the novel is supposed to be serialized, so multiple ONE PIECE Magazine will be published in the future. It also says that the novel is "official".

You can throw no logic in there as well. Maybe you might get some milk, cookies and a lullaby from Oda as he reads OP for you while holding your hand during your bedtime.
No one is denying that it's very feasible for him to have Haki, but you're kidding yourself if you think for a second that counts in VS matches, which I'm betting a hundred to one is what Passerby was referring to with his comment.

I dont care, if I'm arguing for Mihawk in a vs thread I'm going to assume he has haki because even a chimp can figure that much out.

Same thing for 550 000 000 beli Fire Fist Ace 2nd division commander of the Whitebeard pirates, son of Roger.

You're right though I forgot how tough Haki was to learn only someone as monstrous as Captain Tashigi upon entering the New World could achieve it so quickly.

The only thing that would make sense not to do in a VS thread is to speculate on his level of haki, not the fact that he has it lmfao...In a fight decided by his level of haki, best not to assume in that case.

The difference between Mihawk and Ace is that we know for a fact that Mihawk has Haki.

Not only has Ace demonstrated zero feats, but he's been in situations where he would need Haki, and didn't use it. Not at all comparable to giving Mihawk Buso with no feats.

It can be as logical as we all want it to be for Ace to have Haki, but it means nothing without feats/hype, and it means even less when he see him not using Haki when he needs it

Ace is going to go from underrated to overrated once this gets released, I can see it now. And I'm gonna love it lol.

He's going to showcase a bunch of stuff people doubted he had I bet too, like buso haki and probably some observation haki.

Any body know why he's getting a novel all of a sudden?

Well there is hype in a sense for him the hype of the claim arrogant Logia don't survive long in the NW and he survived long enough to find WB, there's the hype of yonkou commanders possessing haki no questions asked in any other case, the hype of Ace being able to contend with Vice Admirals, the hype of being trained by WB to be the next PK.

Also you always mention Ace not using it when he should have and it not making sense/in character, A. that's hindsight and using something we know now on a situation where we couldn't have known anything about it at the time. B. The incident with Smoker he didn't even attack he was acting as a staller to buy Luffy time and with BB well, if haki can be invisible too then who's to say some of his other attacks didn't have haki just because his first one didn't?

I always laugh at this, Mihawk was put in situations where he should have shown haki. Attacking the worlds strongest man is one of them.

Mihawk having haki is as much as a fact as Ace having haki, neither have shown it despite having several panels in the war.

Another perfect example is Doflamingo, lmfao heck if anything he proved he didn't have haki when he attacked Crocodile and it did nothing to him. That is if you are retarded, we all knew Doflamingo had Haki before showing it despite being put in situations where he needed it.
