Unlike sasuke during vote 2, Naruto was seemingly exhausted after the war as stated by kurama. However even exhausted Naruto had enough power to fend off sasuke and even counter indra's arrow.

Now imagine 100% Hokage Naruto whom possess full kurama used this technique.

What possible defense/offense does sasuke possess, especially without bijuu chakras? ​

Hagoromo simply gifted chakra/abilities, he never replenished their own reserves.

Think of it like you have a bottle of juice and you drink half, than someone comes along and refill you bottle. Sure it maybe full but you still drunk a portion of your juice.

Even Sasuke's Enton utilizes as much chakra as Naruto's FRS. Sasuke must be somewhat fatigued especially after manifesting something significantly more enervating such as Perfect Susano'o.

And spamming it at that. He never took a break from using high chakra taxing abilities. Yet to Michelle only Naruto was fatigued. Even though the Kurama he got should have had more or less than half of it's chakra. There was no way yin Kurama have less chakra than yang kurama.
