Unlike sasuke during vote 2, Naruto was seemingly exhausted after the war as stated by kurama. However even exhausted Naruto had enough power to fend off sasuke and even counter indra's arrow.

Now imagine 100% Hokage Naruto whom possess full kurama used this technique.

Jutsus are made of chakra therefore he can absorb ninjutsu, foh with your BS Naruto fapboy logic. He has Hagoromo's eye power therefore can use Hagoromo's feats.

Kurama's chakra is not ninjutsu. Rasengan is a Jutsu yes, Kurama's chakra ain't. It ain't going to change just cause you want it to.
