IMO,I would take the Uchiha villains over the boneheaded Otsustuki any day

the story Otsutsuki clan is much much much more interesting than the Uchiha , it explains the existence of chakra and and the doujutsus and also the KKG , and it also explains the creation of Ninjutsu

the story would've been much better if it was focused on the Otsutsuki and the NV ,

but since the manga was revolving about a f*cking yaoi relationship between Naruto and Sasuke , and since "dear" Sasuke is an Uchiha , Kishimoto needed to give him an overpowered abilities so he can keep up with Naruto

(BTW , I admit that the Otsutsuki villains were lame , but I am just saying that Kishi should've focused on them from the start , instead , he made the main villain showed up before 22 chapter from the end of the manga , which is really lame)

I found the Uchiha to be the most realistic and human-like people in the series.

Most people's heavy and strong devotion toward friendship and love can quickly become an equally powerful sense of hate and vengeance toward what took it away. I find the Uchiha to be the only people that reflect humanity naturally, while all the other characters are all completely brain-washed by this "Will Of Fire" nonsense.

Itachi, Sasuke, and Madara are very well written, the uchiha story centric plot are good in itself but does it throw negative impacts to the other in the series like the clans and world building doesn't get much focus and non-uchiha characters gets either fodderized or have negative development whenever associate with the Uchiha??

I like part 1 Naruto more than Part 2. Part 1 introduced a lot of interesting characters, by part Part 2 most of them were forgotten or not developed further in favor of more butthurt uchiha crap. At first it was interesting but it got boring real quick.

The over-focus on one clan of pandering cool shonen tropes took away from mature characters previously introduced, destabilised the power tier levels & took manga panel time away from characters who needed it, yes.
