I thought that is common sense for those who read the manga. Naruto's laws of physics are almost the same as real world yet there are stuff like S/T ninijutsu that breaks the laws of real world physics. And bending the space is something that is associated with FTL speeds in real world and yet the way manga shows it is not consistent with real world just like the S/T ninjutsu.

S/t doesn't break the law physics, theory of relativity states you can bend space and time and also travel vast distances almost instantly through wormholes, that's what Kamui is.

You should go read about worm holes and their working before you compare something like Kamui to a wormhole. Sure they have similarities in some regards but there are major differences as well. And Kamui is not the only S/T technique in NV.
