I was surfing youtube,when i saw a very famous Naruto analyst's Vdeo,one which i subscribed to.
In it,he gave a detailed explanation of how naruto has a better reaction and speed than Juubi madara

So,ladies and Gents,shall we?

Not exactly - manga and anime present things so that the reader/viewer can see things clearly, not at the real speed the characters are moving, because we would see nothing but flashes and that would be, basically, pointless. That means that Naruto and Sasuke may be light speed fast, but the same goes for Momoshiki/Kinshiki and so on.

Naruto characters do not move even close to the speed of light. I'm not going to watch the video, but if it says such because Naruto dodged Madara's Sage Art: Storm Style: Light Fang, that's invalid. Naruto dodged the movement of Madara's mouth, not the beam of light itself.

EDIT: Seems there are still people arguing otherwise. Let's consider that someone like Naruto or Guy did move at speed similar to that of light. That means they can travel at 299,792,458 meters per second. Earth has a circumference of 40,075 meters. This means that apparently either of the characters can travel the planet 7,480 times in a single second. Now, look over Guy's attack against Madara and rethink your opinion on this topic.

Narutos light speed was only shown the moment after he defeated Kurama and obtained Kyuubi mode. Have to say, i was actually impressed at the time and had hoped to see more of it.

However... like with many other characters in the anime who had exhibited potential, it had seemed to have gotten shafted.

Madara cast the jutsu directly while staring at Naruto,Naruto bent and dodged it,Madara now moved his head to catch Naruto with it.

He explained why is that the anime only clarified the manga and he also used other arguments such as that the fact that naruto is stated to be faster then madara who was shown to react to might guy the moment he was bending space and objects witch is a relativity/light speed feat.
