Was the Incomplete Doujutsu the right choice for Sasuke?!

(Not a sharingan Not a rinnegan. but something in between...), was Kishimoto's plan that made sasuke fans believe it's a Rinnegan.
I honestly think that it was a pathetic decision from Kishimoto to let Sasuke gain this Doujutsu. But damn clever though.
he knew exactly how to satisfy both sasuke fans without causing any type of concern to others.
Still we have got some facts here that no one can deny:

1- Its weaker than rinnegan.
2- Sasuke can't float, unlike all rinnegan users.
3- Six paths of rinnegan aren't showed in any way.

He still not master the full extent of his Rinnegan power yet. Madara never shown all Six Path Jutsu Nagato used, do you think Madara dont have the same Six Path jutsu that Nagato have?

Look anyone easily agree that Madara can used his Rinnegan to his fullest extent even though he never show us all Tech Nagato used but you cant agree/accept that Sasuke also can use all Rinnegan Path.

You're right about Sasuke's dojutsu being incomplete but wrong at the same time, Sasuke's dojutsu has the power of complete Rinnegan but evolved into an incomplete RinneSharingan.

It symbolizes him having the eye power of a JuubiJin as Naruto has the body of one.

His eye has been called Rinnegan so many times in the manga
He has used 2 of the Six Paths already
The only person who floated with the Rinnegan had it since childhood.
Also it's better than a normal Rinnegan, as it combines The Rinnegan abilities and his MS ability
