Or, even if the Kages refuse to allow Naruto to participate in the war, they will still send him out in the battlefield and watch him annihilate his enemies with the amazing strength he has gotten. My only question is, if Naruto fights Kabuto sometime during the Fourth Shinobi War, how is Naruto going to deal with Kabuto's Edo Tensei summons, since he doesn't have Shiki Fuujin like the Third and Fourth Hokages did? Will he go straight for Kabuto, the master controlling his puppets? It'll be interesting to see.
This will be very interesting to see. I doubt Naruto fights Kabuto. I believe Sasuke ends up getting the warp tech that Madara has and just warps them away. He is going to be PISSED when he sees Itachi.

They NEED to send Naruto in. Him and Bee could end the war almost by theirselves. Naruto is too strong right now for anyone other than Sasuke. Even Kisame was suprised by him

Those who are quick to blame others for perceived wrongs are also quick to hide their own. But I won't mention them, because that would be "anti-Minato," now wouldn't it?
Well just think why would I say these things. For instance you said that Minato only "knows" those techs which he used against Madara and as we haven't seen him use any other techs he doesn't have the knowledge of even using Kage Bunshin is that so. So Minato also didn't use Kawarimi tech which even a Genin can use so now that means Mianto also can't use that. Same goes for Madara as we haven't seen him use any other techs does that mean he can't use any other techs absolutely not. And also when predicting about the results of the Minato Madara battle you were firmly saying that Madara wouldn't lose and when we saw that Madara was defeated you said that may be Madara got beaten on purpose. So now think about it.

Of course he would. See, what's interesting to me is, I favor Madara as a character, and each time when a manga chapter is released, and I create dicussion about him, I am attacked every single time by a few select individuals. Dude you need to stop playing the damn guilt card i get spammed because i favor minato too. Grow up its life if you care then your unsure of your opinion that madara can beat whatever even though he did lose twice.
Second how can i prove who would win they never fought i can't make speculation cause i would just come up with way minato would win and you would come up with ways Oro can counter and win. So its a never ending debate. Then you will come and say Oro large arsenal will counter all of minato's tech when in fact we haven't seen all of them. But if you can tell me how he would in i would like to hear give me scans too if you want.

Shinigami would be able to take out all of them. The only reason Hiruzen was unable to get Oro too is because of his age. Also, Yes I would call it a victory for Minato to take out all his enemies even if he died.

No one tries to attack you. It is the way you present your posts. You post ideas as fact and argue a point even when it is clear you are wrong. That is called stubborness. lol. If you would present you ideas or opinions as what they are then people would go much lighter on you. Another thing you seem to hate some characters. It seems like you are looking for things to prove the 4th Hokage isn't as great as he actually is. He really is. I do not favor any character in the show. For now, I argue for Minato because I believe you are wrong. I have agreed with you before on other characters when i thought you were right.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

Yea pretty much on the first part. Kakashi may be the next because he is the strongest jonin and Naruto will follow because he is the strongest ninja period, but is a little too young to lead now. Then just maybe it will be Konohamaru because of how far he already is at such a young age. He is also going to be very powerful.

What else is there to get from that statement? Why else would Anko want the 4th Hokage to be there if she thought he wouldn't have won? Minato had jutsu that were almost impossible to beat. Who other than someone else with a similar tech could beat the FTG? How would you be able to catch something like that? Especially when the user is a genius ninja with other powerful techs. Also, if Orochimaru was stronger than him, why didn't he attck the village when Minato was Hokage?

"His early death was why Anko wanted him to face Orochimaru today. He had an enormous untapped potential due to the fact he died in his twenties, but that's all it's going to remain, unfortunately"

Another thing, when you tell me to provide proof, don't come back with a statment that you have no proof to back up either. It just makes you look bad. Tell me who could have beaten Minato? His justsu are just too hard to counter for it to be possible. Maybe the second hokage, but that depends on the level of his space/time tech.
Well, the matter of becoming and being a Hokage is settled. Moving on, then.

How would Anko be able to estimate both Minato and Orochimaru's strength, and their powers? Yes, Anko was once Orochimaru's apprentice, but she did not know the Fourth Hokage that well as to have a clear understanding of what he was and what he wasn't capable of. See, you're distorting the meaning of her words. You're just using them to reach the conclusion you want.

We don't know for certain who would win in a fight between Minato and Orochimaru, but we do know that Anko wished Minato would have been able to fight him, and nothing more. She did not mention, hint, or imply that Minato was the stronger of the two. She might have believed that, but then again our beliefs are proved right, or wrong. Or neither.

You tell me who would be able to beat Minato? Try Itachi Uchiha. If he is healthy, not dying from a disease, with full eyesight, I'd say Itachi makes a worthy opponent for the Fourth Hokage. How about Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage? How about Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage? Tobirama, even? I won't mention Madara because that will only spark more arguments.

I'll use your own words to send the same message back: "Another thing, when you tell me to provide proof, don't come back with a statment that you have no proof to back up either. It just makes you look bad." This just gets better and better, doesn't it?

I don't post my ideas as fact. Before putting ideas in my posts, I use words such as "I think," or "in my opinion," which obviously indicates I consider them to be my opinion. Besides, what's so wrong about stubborness? I see that Naruto, the titular character of the series, has quite a great amount of it, doesn't he? And it is what has changed the people around him that he has met.

So now you think I hate characters? May you tell me what the definition of preference is? Outside the boundaries of this show, every person has it. Some apply it in places such as these. Is it equivalent to hate? I think not. Is it hatred that I post my theories out of speculation and opinion, and try to get everyone else's opinion on it, to further my understanding of the story? I don't doubt the Fourth Hokage was a magnificent Shinobi, who accomplished much in his life, but is it wrong of me not to hold him as my favorite character? If it is, then apologies.

Anko should be able to estimate Mianto's power pretty good considering they were in the same age group and probally graduated the academy together, and both were students of a sannin so they msut of been together before

You did not answer any of my question on the first part so I am not even going to bother.

Of course we don't know who would win for sure, that is why we are arguing. If we knew for sure then we wouldn't have to. Why would Anko wish he was there to fight? Because as Hiruzen says "there was no ninja in the village that could beat Orochimaru". Minato was not in the village at the time so Anko suggested him. The 3rd did not say whether he could. But why even mention him? Not because of his "potential" because potential is nothing more than that. Potential is only the ability to become and not the ability to do. He would have had to worked much harder if it was only potential and that would have been hard to do while running a village.

You should have mentioned Madara. He is the only person who has a chance at beating him. Only someone with a space/time tech like his could compete with him. How else will you be able to keep up?

What did I say that needs proof in that post? Also, on the whole this just gets better and better. That made me Lol. Are you seriously worked up over this? It is just manga. Lol

You're correct, but I just have one question for you, that might be slightly off-topic: who do you think is the most powerful character in the series?

This post is a perfect example of what I was talking about. Lol. Trying to help you become more liked and you refuse. There is nothing wrong with stubborness, to an extent. Your level of stubborness is too much and make people not want to even speak to you. Personally I don't care. None of this is important to me. Lol

All right, so we don't know. But we do certainly know, that, according to both the manga and the anime, Anko wished the Fourth would have been alive to fight Orochimaru. Who would win, then? "We don't know who would win for sure." You're correct, actually. Everything in your posts is right, it's just that it is difficult to draw conclusions when we have so little to go off of. That's only my opinion.

Is that so? Well, in a way, everyone's preferences seem to come across as hate, if you really get down to it. There's nothing you can do about it. It's our own subjective perception. Can any one person be blamed for this?

Anko, in the present, is 24 years old. Minato was around the same age sixteen years ago, when he sealed the Nine-Tailed Fox into his son, Naruto. So no, they were not in the same age group. And that's what I mean; if Anko was eight years old sixteen years ago, how would she be able to fully understand Minato's tremendous capabilities? Especially if he were to fight another difficult opponent like Orochimaru, who she does, I agree, understand more, powers, jutsu, abilities, all included. It just doesn't seem likely to me. I don't mean to antagonize anyone here, it's that sometimes I have to be stubborn for reasons like this.

I thought she was older, since they were both students of Sannin, so she would understand his capabilities if they were both students under Oro and Jman at the same time, I also think she would know the best person to take down Oro since she was his student

Sure. I don't see why not.
ok then edo tensi. Oro takes his sword of kusinagi and all 3 attack minato uses his amazing speed to stab oro is a mud clone and the 1st uses moko to catch him. Minato uses FTG to escape but the 2nd uses is water tech to try and finish him Minato uses space time barrier to transfer it. He follows the 3rd strategy blows off a piece of the two former kages and at the same time buts up a barrier to exclude them from the fight so their out for now.
He and oro face to face he uses FTG 2 with rasengan and injures Oro then oro just spits out a new oro like he always does. but minato places a seal on him and uses a next rasengan at the same time and to uses a seal to break oro's control over the kage's. No kages oro tries to finish minato off but he appears behind him and finishes but he's not dead (typical oro).

that is a what if scenario whats yours?

I think it would be very easy for Minato to defeat Oro. Here are the points that take me to that conclusion:
1. Itachi easyly defeated Oro shortly after he left Konoha, Itachi was 12 at that time. I'm not saying that Minato was stronger than Itachi, my point is Oro wasn't invincible. The next point is what will happened to Edo Tensei if the summoner dead?
2. With FTG, Minato should be able to deal with Oro very quickly, and this is just Minato's 1st choice.
3. 2nd choice, how about sending the 1st and the 2nd Hokage somewhere faraway with space/time jutsu. Although against the 2nd Hokage, it would be a space/time jutsu showdown.
4. 3rd choice, how about to neutralized the 1st and the 2nd Hokage using seals. If the Uzumaki clan was so feared for their sealing, I think it's logical if Minato could make a seal that would immobilized them.

Minato was very adept in sealing. When Minato defeated Madara, I believed Minato attached 3 seals in Madara's body.
- 1st seal was the FTG seal, so everywhere Madara go Minato could follow him instantly
- 2nd seal was the most important seal of all and the one that make Madara retreated. It's a seal that make Madara solid, without this seal the other 2 seals were useless if Minato can't touch Madara.
- 3rd seal was the contract cancellation seal to break Madara's contract with the 9 tails. The first 2 seals Minato did at the same time the Rasengan hit.
