Says I wanks horrible shit, but is a Fairy Tail Fanboy, which is the most garbage series on the entire planet. Its only survival is the Child Porn fanservice, because the writing sucks ass.

Itachi didn't.
Sasuke got PS because he gained EMS, which was from Itachi's eyes
Sasuke's words "I can feel Itachi's power flowing though me"
So lemme explain again.
Sasuke got Itachi's power (EMS) and gained PS which he also used in the latest chapter..
But maybe you didn't see the PS-Kurama construct

And also, you're implying that PS is a EMS ability which is not. It's a MS ability. Kakashi/Obito are proof of that.

Except the Databook lists it as an MS ability and Indra possessed a Perfect Susano'o. The only reason why it was a requisite for Sasuke was because his chakra potency was lacking in comparison to Indra's and needed the EMS to compensate for that. Same applied to Madara.
