You want to call Kakashi a fodder compared to Sasuke, but you fail to mention, or even realize, that Kakashi had a Complete Susano'o after having both Sharingans for 20 seconds. Yet, it took Sasuke several attempts to complete Susano'o even though he is a true Uchiha. Don't come for Kakashi. Actually, don't come for any character if your intention is to praise Sasuke. If you want to praise Sasuke, buy a notebook and write your praises in there.
Oh, someone is mad. Kakashi accomplished that because of the Sage's Senjutsu boost, which he himself states. But, I suppose it slipped your notice. Perhaps, if you took those blinders off, you would notice that Sasuke is someone who has learnt and mastered MS abilities in the shortest amount of time in the entire manga and the history of Uchiha Clan even.
You forget that Ay was Sasuke's first fight since Killer Bee, which was when he used Amaterasu. So he was well recharged, and he had practice with Amaterasu, so there is no "poor focus," especially when Sasuke was battling against a Kage. Do you really think Sasuke was holding back, because I remember him using almost every jutsu in his arsenal during the Kage battles.
Also, didn't Obito state that he could see the chakra build-up in Sasuke's eye when Sasuke tried to use Amaterasu against him? If you can see an attack coming, it isn't really too fast to react, especially when you have the speed to do it, which Kakashi has.
Where did I claim he was holding back? Sasuke knocked off a glass in a hideout after he used his Amaterasu on Hachibi. He couldn't even tell where the glass was. In the image, we can clearly see that Ae side-steps after Amaterasu has already spawned. Amaterasu isn't a projectile; it appears on the point of focus. The point of focus was Ae, yet, Amaterasu has spawned, Ae hasn't side-stepped and he missed because of what? Now, go back to that glass reference then. It might just become clear to you.
No, he doesn't. And Obito did what when he saw the built-up? You mean he got hit? Intangibility is automatic. His MS activates it as soon as it sees a threat as the DBIV states. Yet, he still failed. You think Kakashi can do better? There is nothing special about war-arc Kakashi's speed.
