Huh? No, his fodder ass absolutely cannot dodge it. Even Ae in V2 dodged behind the flame that fell short of him because of Sasuke's poor focus. Amaterasu appears on the target. It isn't a projectile. Also, he uses Kamui on his burning body? That makes a lot of sense.

You forget that Ay was Sasuke's first fight since Killer Bee, which was when he used Amaterasu. So he was well recharged, and he had practice with Amaterasu, so there is no "poor focus," especially when Sasuke was battling against a Kage. Do you really think Sasuke was holding back, because I remember him using almost every jutsu in his arsenal during the Kage battles.

Also, didn't Obito state that he could see the chakra build-up in Sasuke's eye when Sasuke tried to use Amaterasu against him? If you can see an attack coming, it isn't really too fast to react, especially when you have the speed to do it, which Kakashi has.

say for instance Ama' aimed at his left pinky toe... he has to be staring down at the exact point of potential contact or else that's a wrap... no warping it away without taking parts of himself considering it will already start to spread... once touched he could maaaybe warp it away but even after contact he's gone feel the bern like we should have

You want to call Kakashi a fodder compared to Sasuke, but you fail to mention, or even realize, that Kakashi had a Complete Susano'o after having both Sharingans for 20 seconds. Yet, it took Sasuke several attempts to complete Susano'o even though he is a true Uchiha. Don't come for Kakashi. Actually, don't come for any character if your intention is to praise Sasuke. If you want to praise Sasuke, buy a notebook and write your praises in there.
