Has Naruto ever made a Rasengan by himself?

Assisting himself does not disqualify him from this thread for two reason. 1. He is not Naruto and therefore was never qualified for this thread to begin with. 2. The manner in which he assists himself does not violates the requirements stated in the Original Post. He does not create a Rasengan while under the influence of a tailed beast, nor does he create a rasengan while being assisted by a clone. ​

Oh no, he knows. He's just an insufferable Naruto wanker. He can't help it or accept it that someone made a Rasengan with a single hand without amassing decades worth of experience through thousands upon thousands of clones like Naruto. He's just really talentless like that. And what is even more pitiful is that this guy still couldn't make a complete Rasengan at the end of vote II (despite amassing experience from thousands of more clones against Kaguya), as Rasengan is an incomplete tech.

Seems like a lot of theoretical stuff in here. Just because Naruto has Kurama doesn't mean he's always using his chakra, in fact it's stated he isn't a lot of the time in the earlier series yet still made Rasengan's.
