So.. in the end who is the strongest Shichibukai?
Mihawk by a margin. The fight would end in medium difficulty if they ever engaged in a one on one battle which is not really doflamingo's type of fighting style. He's also behind Kuma (pre full modified), blackbeard (if he really counts), and the possibility of Weevile but I highly doubt it.
Devil fruitWhat about Kuma shows he's stronger than Doflamingo?
Shanks begs to diff, he's clearly stronger. By feats he beat a 550 mill guy and took out a whole island in the process and put Shanks on edge when he was the only guy to ever permanently damage Shanks. Doffy can never damage Shanks like that.If you mean Shichibukai Teach(pre-Gura) there's no way he's beating Doffy either.
What about it? Doflamingo has the speed and attack potency to get past Kuma's paws and strike his main body. Given that Zoro and Sanji can break Pacifistas and Kuma's body is made of the same stuff, it's a sure bet that Doflamingo can bust through his body rather easily as well.Devil fruit

For one, Ace has no feats that put him on par with Doflamingo. At all.By feats he beat a 550 mill guy and took out a whole island in the process
Personally I think Duffy is the strongest warlord; he would easily take down any other warlord in a 1vX fight.
Doffy is almost at Emperor level.
No he doesn't. He has nothing on speed strike against Kuma. Especially when he's fast enough to move in and out between Kizaru and Rayleigh to exchange information. Even Sengoku is aware of how fast Kuma is when he claimed the strawhats got away in comparison to Doffy who wasn't able to prevent Moriah from getting away with no questions ask on how was some like him be able to escape Doffy's grasp. What about it? Besides the reasonable fact the was indeed a yonkou even before Ace or Luffy came into the picture, that's not an excuse. Especially when we all use the Mihawk being yonkou level logic despite not knowing if Shanks was a yonkou and still kept up with his daily battles with Mihawk while being a yonkou. Shanks was introduced as a yonkou therefore we leave him with that status. We have no idea how strong Shanks was when Teach gave him the wound. For all we know, Shanks might not have even been a Yonko.
Never said I did. So you can hold off on that presumption for a bit. Feat wise I said Teach is better because he was able to permanently mark Shanks with a new trademark while beating a decently high level pirate. Doflamingo does not have that kind of feat. For one, Ace has no feats that put him on par with Doflamingo. At all.
Their attack took up the whole island, those boulders are just bedrocks where outside surrounding the island. And the fact that he swallowed up a town speaks for itself too.Secondly, took out a whole island? Their strongest attacks together didn't even cover half of the island, not like AoE is the only factor either.

Pre-modified Kuma, brainless Kuma, won't make a difference.Attack power has shown island levels and I said pre full modified Kuma.
That doesn't apply though. We know Mihawk and Shanks had their famous duel when they were adults. We don't know if Shanks got his scar as an adult, or as a teenager, or as a rookie on his own career. You can't say that Shanks got the scar while he had the power of an Emperor.Besides the reasonable fact the was indeed a yonkou even before Ace or Luffy came into the picture, that's not an excuse. So you really think Blackbeard with just a plain claw and no Devil Fruit>Mihawk?Regardless, even Doflamingo was incapable of damaging Shanks like that way back when if Mihawk himself could not. And Mihawk always>>>>Doffy.
You definitely did by saying "Teach beat a 550 million dollar guy." You implied that Teach beating Ace is evidence that he would beat Doflamingo, which can only be the case if you're suggesting that Ace is on Doffy's level, when the contrary has been shown instead.Never said I did.
The Shanks thing can't be used as a feat because there is no evidence regarding when the situation took place. Beating Ace also isn't much of an argument because Doflamingo would have beaten Ace too by feats. So you can hold off on that presumption for a bit. Feat wise I said Teach is better because he was able to permanently mark Shanks with a new trademark while beating a decently high level pirate. Doflamingo does not have that kind of feat.
