Its still nowhere near the skill of handling Enough Nature chakra that encompasses the whole of VOTE and still be able to make a Bijuu dama Rasenshuriken and an immense Nature Rasenshuuriken,much less throw it.It beats any Chakra Manipulation Sasuke can come up with.
