Which character needed more development and which part of the manga do you think they could have been slipped in?

I think we all can agree the K11 had a lot of potential, but were underdeveloped. I say Hinata. Sai really wasn't needed imo. She could have been on Team 7.

F*ck Hinata. Neji should've gain more development instead of killing him off to a pairing device.

just about all of them really. Neji especially. Ino-Shika-Cho got developed well imo.

definitely Sai! he was hyped up so much when he joined Team 7 and then was made completely irrelevant

Hinata for sure would've been better suited on team 7. Then things would make much more sense.

Shino.

he had one of the coolest most ninja like personalities.
with all of the different possibilities that Shino had he could have been such a savage.

**** being a puppet master when you can control bugs. theres alot more bugs than puppets.

Tenten ofc.

Shino got to highlight his capabilities in the War, but Tenten was left with a feat of borrowed tools.
