Madara would place on Sasuke that funny seal he had on Obito and bla bla, no Rinnengan for Sasuke because if it take so much for Madara to awaken it then Sasuke without help from Hagoromo would have even less chance. Total world domination with Uchiha clan being above all in the shadows (what he told naruto at Vote).
