Who is faster?

War Arc Sakura or War Arc Tsunade?

I always perceive Tsunade to be slower for some reason and I can't quite figure out why. Anyone who knows a bit more about the healers feel free to post.

Sakura is faster at that point.
In base form she was able to react and avoid kaguyas chakra arms that naruto and sasuke were struggling to avoid.

She also was able to move obito and herself off of a clip to avoid a nigh instant acid blitz from the dimension, I think she only got burned because she was pouring chakra in him at the time, and because she had to protect him.

Sakura also was pretty fast when she jumped in the air and did her super punch, able to not only punch a jubbi clone away at great speeds but catch it after the fact.

Tsunades speed is tricky, she was keeping up with the raikage ,in v2 , whilst in her byakugou mode. But I'll give it to Sakura because her reflexes seems to be sharper. But then again tsunade is a wreck less fighter because she is a tank.

But logically speaking, Sakura has more control over her chakra , making her able to reach higher speeds that tsunade

That was one of her good moments in the manga, it showed she had a lot of heart. OT: Tsunade is faster then war arc Sakura but is most likely slower then Jonin Sakura (The Last).

I don't think either of them got quicker during Shippuden, in which case we look at the 3rd DB's speed stat.

Tsunade: 3.5
Sakura: 3

Did I say it was a notable speed feat? No I didn't because it isn't anything worth bragging about. You can however come back to me when fodder 134 can blitz and put down a dojutsu user with one strike.

Sakura had to delgate vast amounts of chakra into creating her Byakugou Seal for 3 years which restricted the amount of chakra (power) she could put into task.

So technically what we've witnessed is restricted Sakura the entire series?

For example...the large scale juubi destroying punch wasn't anything special... just Sakura's strength when not diverting chakra to the YS? (if I'm understanding this correctly)

Correct, Sakura's huge display of strength against the Juubi clones was just raw power or Sakura not holding back.

Yes, she was barely trying and she was able to break kaguyas horn, you can tell because kaguya was not at all pushed by a major force . And not even naruto was able to damage her
