Zoro , only last poll Law was before him but if u look at the whole run Zoro easily, 1 arc where the spotlight was on another supernova won't change that.

That was during Dressrosa, which was a Law-centered arc. Zoro will likely return to #2 in the next poll unless the Year of Sanji is enough to put Sanji at #2 one time.
