Tsunade is something else....
Her feat of healing the entire village with Katsuyu is nothing short of godly honestly.
By splitting Katsuyu and focusing to an extreme degree, Tsunade is able to funnel her own chakra through the slug in order to heal massive amounts of people simultaneously. Tsunade is able to track the status of any one individual her slug is attached to. She can assess what kind of condition the individual is in at any given time. Tsunade was instantly aware of Kakashi's death, and determined that Chouza was still alive... all without being present.
Why this technique makes Tsunade a bad ***** amazing ninja.
First and foremost this technique speaks volumes about Tsunade's ability to concentrate, control chakra, and micromanage. There are at least hundreds (if not thousands) of people living in Konoha during the invasion of Pain. Tsunade was splitting her OWN chakra amongst hundreds of people, and had not even released her Yin Seal which is absurd. Her chakra reserves are obviously very, very high. In addition to this, she was able to concentrate and manage each individual person as proven by her knowing exactly when a casualty was suffered.
