I wouldn't call this kamui+ since it lacks a lot of traits kamui has but nonetheless well-done thread. I'd say it resembles kaguya's portal technique more.

You said only kamui. susanoo is still a different jutsu. thanks to rikudou chakra, kakashi was able to conjunct two abilties as one, which was kamui shuriken that enabled him to counter kaguya. just like sasuke used ameno with his PS. If you're talking about obito's entire abilities sure. but DMS kamui on it's own? then no. sasuke has the advantage.
