Sasuke's wings allow give him the ability to swat Neji away if he ever attempts CQC which can easily be follow-up with Shunshin and/or Fire Style while Neji is flung back since Sasuke can activate his wings fairly quickly.

Black Chidori would most likely breach Kaiten resulting in a similar explosion to KN0 Naruto's case which Sasuke easily shrugs off in CM2 then proceeds to kill Neji in that interval since his durability in leagues above the likes of KN1 Naruto much less KN0 who could exploit the interval after Kaiten's explosion meanwhile Sasuke has wings to re-postion himself after the forceful throwback.

Assuming a Kaiten spinning at full speed doesn't deflect it , this is how i see it playing out since Sasuke knows of the limitations he has while in CM2 since he noted that his body took awhile to adjust for transformation. Sasuke would likely suffer massive damage to his arm specifically due to the reflective attributes of Kaiten Vs his Chidori but in the end i see CM2 Sasuke winning assuming Kaiten doesn't parry it which nobody can prove.

Neji wins first 2 scenarios . Sasuke wins last 2 scenarios.
Not sure about 3 but I think Neji has better chance because you restricted CM version 2.

It is 3t CS 1 Sasuke not 2........ Shippuden Sasuke doesn't have CS and MS sasuke can not use Susano and about amaterasu he needs to find out it 1st in order to use.... it is Killer Bee fight Sasuke....
If the impending explosion destroys Sasuke's arm i fail to see how he would be able to beat Neji in CQC with 1 arm. That being said, we all know Neji is not the one to go on the offensive, he would rather wait it out and we all know that Sasule can't stay in that form forver, especially Part 1 Sasuke. All in all i'm leaning towards sasuke winning in CM2 anyway. But he would only pull out a win IMO, if he starts out like that. IF he starts out in base than Neji would beat him.

So let me get this straight neji close enough to touch sasuke wing which has Chaka point but sasuke dose not get point blocks or touched .
Black Chidori get blocked simply as that. it is still made of chakra which gentle fist destroys

Sasuke's durability in cm2 should give him the ability to tank the backclash well enough to sustain use of his arm based on feats but yea i pretty much agree with wat ur saying..
If Neji gets close enough to try and touch his wing then his proximity is close enough for Sasuke to spread out his wings and flick him away especially considering precog.
Gentle fist destroys Chakra only when it gets inserted into Chakra which means moves like Kaiten which works by revolving the Gentle fist Chakra in a circle instead , wont destroy chakra similar to Gentle Fist but it does have reflection capabilities instead.

Not to mention that Kaiten's spinning force on impact ALONE has the potential to one-shot and murder people as easily as Gentle Fist which Hiashi demonstrated.

So getting ur attack reflected by Kaiten should pose a great risk even if u manage to breach , made even worse if ur charging directly into it in a jabbing motion with need to buid up speed to enhance piercing capabilities.

-So im not sure how a clash between Kaiten and Black Chidori would exactly pan out but i dont see Kaiten easily deflecting it without compromise but at the same time the exact same can be said for Chidori..

Chidori get destroy by the simple fact chidori inserted it's self in gentle fist Basically . The hyuga Chaka have that property break down other forms of chaka .
