All it means is that SM users can rejuvenate faster than non-SM users, because they're additionally using energy outside of their own to last longer. Natural Energy is infinite but Kabuto's access to it is finite because he uses his own Chakra, which is limited, to mix it with NE and create Senjutsu Chakra. He doesn't have access to unlimited Senjutsu nor is his Chakra infinite.
If we were to flawlessly interpret scans as you're doing now, then answer this: Why did Naruto become exhausted after his fight with Pain? According to you, Naruto should have infinite access to Senjutsu Chakra, because he's NE and not his inner energy? Don't come to me with your casual BS that Kabuto's acquire to Jugo's DNA makes him different, because that isn't answering the question.
