Poor Kabuto. He doesn't have any offense that can penetrate the cloak, which has defensive feats of surviving mountain-range TBB from the Jubi. What will overrated fodder Manda II going to do? TBB gets rid off him from the start. Naruto would manhandle Kabuto in CQC, as a Biju cloak that has physique of surpassing V2 At speed and physical power to destroy forests, boosted by Sennin Mode literally slaps Kabuto around. Naruto literally vaporizes him with a few TBB or giant one; Kabuto's regenerative capabilities aren't allowing him to survive a nuke. Naruto low diff.

Although if we were to go on a theoretical case that Kabuto has access to Mokuton, which he logically does as he healed Sasuke via Hashirama's DNA, then he can turn the match around. The question is: Is his Mokuton comparable to Hashirama and Edo Madara? I don't believe so. He lacks quantitative and qualitative Chakra levels Madara and Hashirama had, so it's probably just as good as Yamato Zetsu, more or less.

Actually, DSM Kabuto has near infinite chakra reserves at his beckoning thanks to implanting Jūgo's clan's DNA allowing him to passively absorb natural energy. Similar to how the Jubi is composed of almost entirely natural energy further explaining it's incredulous chakra reserves.
