Temari's fuutons arent killing Tsunade since they arent going to be cutting her apart. I think that is a big misconception when it comes to her atacks. The wind couldnt blow the dogs foot back so the cutting pressure was applied full force however Tsunade doesnt have the weight to stand against a fuuton like the foot did so she will be blow back not having the cutting pressure applied fully.

While you do have a point, if Temari's fuuton are sharp and fast enough, this won't be a problem as they'll plow through Tsunade faster than Tsunade gets blown away. Kiba spinning around with

and has more momentum yet the Juubi fissions weren't blown away faster than they were cut apart. Also the databook entry for Okamaitachi no jutsu states that Temari

If you're still not convinced, Tsunade can be blown towards a wall or the ground and then Temari can cut her up. Moreover, Temari can simply use WCN to trap Tsunade and then she won't get blown back which means the wind blades are free to cut into her without any interruption.

Kakuzu's wind style is literally named "Pressure....Damage" I think we can all agree it doesn't slice anything, it simply has enough pressure to kill hence why the tree's were being blown apart as when enough pressure is applied things get crushed :lol not to mention it still has force to it as well.

She's not beating Tsunade sadly, and she can beat Hidan.
