Aww man you're right :/, idk maybe the wood golem then? Not sure what he'd use but I don't see him being outdone by CT from a borrowed pair of Rinnegan

If you meant the orb itself, an attack as powerful as TBB + FRS + Yasaka Magatama, then only Goku, Obito, Hashirama and Minato can achieve that, with two having as much DC and the other can wrap space-time. If the orb had already attracted the surrounding, forming the satellite body into a mountain-range as the following image illustrates, then only Goku and possible Hashirama can destroy it.

I think if Guy can crack a TSB shield with just his second strongest taijutsu, he can bust that CBT core neg diff. Not to mention if Minato's spacetime is enough then double Kamui should be more than enough seeing as how Minato himself admitted it was a better spacetime jutsu than his own.
