Haku could simply create an ice mirror right behind Sakura and knock her out by stabbing her neck's vitals. The process of creating an ice mirror and transporting to it is faster than WA Kakashi not even moving a few meters while in the middle of a Raikiri blitz. Despite Kakashi's travelling speed with Raikiri being as fast as Asakujaku's travel speed.

Haku has to form a Ice mirror then transport to it so basically a high tier shunshin that requires a small set-up. Here is Haku doing the seals to form the mirror.

From 10M Sakura simply employing Shunhsin should be a faster process than Haku using Seals>>Forming Mirror>>Transporting to Mirror which means Haku should get Blitzed here.

There becomes a point where part 1 characters are outmatched, entirely. Part 1 Sasuke with an amateur chakra charge to the feet (not even shunshin) was able to leave Haku's sight temporarily
