What does Sakura have other then Taijutsu here?
Haku simply uses Mirrors to pass through and transport, avoiding her from coming into any physical encounter. Each transfer Haku does, launches Ice Needles, aiming at her vital points.

Punching the ground lol but that leaves her open to get blitzed right before or right after punching the ground. On the other hand, Haku would easily evade it
Haku could simply create an ice mirror right behind Sakura and knock her out by stabbing her neck's vitals. The process of creating an ice mirror and transporting to it is faster than WA Kakashi not even moving a few meters while in the middle of a Raikiri blitz. Despite Kakashi's travelling speed with Raikiri being as fast as Asakujaku's travel speed.
I agree with you, Haku low diffs honestly.

Haku has to form a Ice mirror then transport to it so basically a high tier shunshin that requires a small set-up. Here is Haku doing the seals to form the mirror.
From 10M Sakura simply employing Shunhsin should be a faster process than Haku using Seals>>Forming Mirror>>Transporting to Mirror which means Haku should get Blitzed here.
KN0 Naruto managed to snag Haku before he could transport to a already formed Mirror much to Haku's surprise.
