Also, does the user in said defense live or die?

These aren't ranked from lowest to highest, just from what comes to my mind first;

(2) Third Raikage w/ lightning armor

(3) Bijuu Mode Killer B

(4) Itachi Susano'o - max

(5) Gaara's sand performing its maximum barrier

(6) Hiashi's Rotation

(7) BSM Naruto

(8) PS Sasuke

(9) PS Madara

(10) Tsunade/Sakura with Byakugou

(11) Kaguya (Gai can lead up with Evening Elephant before hand)

(12) Nagato/Pein - Shinra Tensei (could it power through? What about CST?)

To my best of knowledge, night moth has a warping effect due to it bending space, so it'll breach through anything and bend the space around it, if the kick connects it kills anyone bar jj characters (obviously kaguya survives anything in narutoverse so no point bringing her in)
