Because being able to sense a war going on from a nation/nations away through water is a "fodder" capability. Because being able to liquefy ones brain to become immune to Genjutsu is a "fodder" trait. Because blitzing Spiral Zetsu when five kages, and a thousand other shinobi couldn't is a "fodder" feat. More like you don't understand the definition. Tanking is enduring an assault, and still remaining alive. Manda tanking C0 is what tanking isn't; Manda died after enduring Deidara's C0. That isn't tanking, Suigetsu's scenario is.
