Also, I don't see how Itachi can win here. Amatersu can be blocked by repelling Gunbai, which Madara can tell the build-up by the Sharingan. Even drained Sasuke can outrun it. If he ever uses Susanoo, he gets a death wish. His stamina only allows his usage of MS three times a day; beyond that, he dies. Simple as that. Madara would wreck him in CQC, and his Katon style dwarf Itachi's Katon. There is no comparison. Madara wins via outlast. Author portrays Madara the stronger and Itachi agrees with that.

Sasuke was his brother and his blood i.e met the requirements perfectly. Plus there's no evidence that sasuke actually broke out of tsukiyomi on his own as itachi might have let him since whole fight was planned. Obviously itachi wasn't going to one shot sasuke since he planned to die by his hand.

No you can't because he gave it to naruto early Part 2, furthermore kotoamatsukami is all hype no feat and you can't say madra's will would be overcome by it.

Unorthodox is referring to when Sasuke casted Amaterasu on Madara when Madara was first revived from edo tensei. Apprantely Madara had the magical ability to absorb chakra lol (not being sarcastic but it's true).

Not exactly, that version of madara already unlocked susano and preta (they are abilities that once unlocked can be used without eyes) we already saw itachi use susano without sharingan, samething madara did, likewise preta, since madara used it, it seems it falls in that category (cuz the techniques does'nt really require them to see to use, unlike amaterasu, tsukiyomi, kotoamatsukami etc)
