Crunchyroll took my MONEY!!!

Ok, so the last fight of Naruto came out a few weeks ago and I wanted to watch it on Crunchyroll legally as to give it proper tribute. Ofcourse, being a cheap shot I am, I take the 2 week trial of Premium for free and yaaay, I watch it nicely with no ads for free. Saw what I wanted and my money stayed on my bank account right? Wrong.

It appears that after the trial expires Crunchyroll actually assumes you wish to keep premium and actually give it to you without your confirmation and bill you automatically! Being a clutz as usual, I totally didn't realise that you have to specifically state that you don't want premium anymore.

Guess I won't be seeing those 6$ again...

Well, to be honest I was thinking about whether I should get Premium to support the industry in atleast some insignificant way so maybe this isn't a bad situation after all. Had life not taken control who knows when I'd make up my mind! XD

Most free trials are like that. I'm sure you clicked past the fine print where you agreed to automatically be charged monthly after the trial ends.
At least it was something relatively inexpensive. If they have a contact number for membership, you might be able to get a refund if you're willing to sit on hold until you talk to someone.
