Wrong Ration can only conduct water when the body of water is smaller than the conduction of ration being added WD is to large or any other of kisame's large scale water jutsu. Its like dropping a radio in a Olympic pool and expecting to kill someone
The sand the water, and the lightning were a combination jutsu. The sand was used to block Preta from absorbing the water + lightning. If Madara stopped using Preta he would be hit by the suiton + raiton = paralysis.

It simply didn't like the taste of the Katon chakra, which is why it complained to Bee about it. No reason to believe it won't like Raiton chakra, especially when it canonically absorbed it already without any disliking towards it. Also, elemental attacks have never ever shown to retain it's properties while being absorbed. Any jutsu in general, actually. When a jutsu is being absorbed, it's properties have always been cancelled out. So with accuracy from the manga, Samehada absorbs almost anything within it's maximum chakra capacity.

Kakashi only got 2 chakra boost. One from Kurama that gave him 3x chakra boost and ended up quickly because he warped 2 times the Hachibi, and one chakra cloak from Naruto that allowed him to be able to (attempt) to warp the Juubi.
Kakashi after bleeding his eye (meaning his chakra was low af) warped himself from the other dimension with his own chakra reserves, and then, with normal chakra reserves again, he warped the gedo mazo's arm.

Tasting something says nothing about the properties (in this example temperature) of a particular food. You can eat a burning dish, how good or bad it tastes doesn't have to be related to the temperature of the food. We know samehada eats chakra that doesn't mean anything unfortunately regarding how the fireball was implied to be hot for it.
Samehadas absorbing properties are vastly overrated when talking about elemental attacks. Straight up chakra is a different thing altogether but even something as simple as a fireball had Samehada choking up.
