Actually, yeah. I just checked and Naruto and Sasuke's initial one on one fight was filler, so...my point of them standing as hand to hand equals isn't valid.I'll accept this as a concession of defeat.

Not the Rasengan itself. Not visibly anyway. He did take a major step forward by creating the Oddama Rasengan, but compared to what Sasuke did with his Chidori, Naruto's timeskip progress with Rasengan was minimal.
Well, yeah, but the big difference in between these two cases is the same as the difference between evolution and improvement. FRS is something else entirely made with Rasengan as a basis while Sasuke's P2 Chidori is the same as it was on P1, only made better.

Because Base chidori was shown being beaten by base rasengan. Yeah, right.
Wind does > lightning however Sasuke chidori is so strong that it can cancel a superior element such as rasengan.
Naruto and Sasuke clashed so many times and it's been a tie, no way in hell Sasuke's chidori is inferior based off some long ago ass words from Kakashi in part one lmao. Sasuke's chidori would own Kakashi's lightning blade.
The only thing you can argue it that chidori got stronger but that applies on Rasengan too.Also the logic you are using is moot since naruto always has ninetails inside him
the clashing power shown VOTE 1 and Samurai bridge confirms what the author wanted to show that signature jutsu of both r equal.There is no improved chidori unless u want talk about dark one
The moment you realise Chidori will nvr ever make damage similiar[bar rikudo buffed] to that part 1 rasengan since its stabbing/Penetrating jutsu unlike rasengan

No it wouldn't have. They both would have died that's mangaphux even Kakashi said so. Sasuke also didn't need a major power up either for a tie. Naruto and Sasuke always been equals one way or another. It's just Sasuke always pulls ahead until Naruto get another powerup.

Kakashi didn't say nothing of the sort. He said he couldn't add lightning to Rasengan so he made Chidori. That doesn't mean it was weaker.
Rasengan variants also is supposed to be stronger he's using more chakra for it. Chidori is all just precision.
