However I do think that police officers are more prone to agressive behaviour with black suspects but that is because of the risk factors I have explained in two of my earlier posts.

I see so the cops behavior is due to risk factors, and not racism. How about in instances where the black person did not exhibit these risk factors? Or is the cop just going solely off of statistics that do not apply to everyone. This somewhat relates to the topic of implicit bias then.

As for your questions:
No, I do not automatically assume a cop killed a black out of racism. Everything should be assessed on a case-by-case standard. A lot of your other questions do not apply now...I do realize that black people outnumber cops, although that should be obvious. Cops will always be a minority group in comparison to the general population. Also the possibility of potential criminals should not warrant the treatment the cops have done to some black people. If anything it leads to cops treating innocent people like criminals.

No the risk factor is that going by the statistics black people are far more likely to act violently. And so they have. And police are outnumbered infront of these proporionately high risk factors in black neighbourhoods. Do I need to post this again?:
