Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

Okay so this is a combination technique. The advantages of the technique are that it can be used to attack and or defend also in addition to that it can drown out wind and fire combos and it does not require a water source. The disadvantage to this technique is that it requires you to have either a clone on field or an ally to help you perform it which doesn't really make sense because the description says that the user can make the rasengan in one hand and the destruction torrent in the other.(Suiton: Gufuu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex

This really isn't usable unless you are a water specialist because who on earth has the time to perform all those hand seals. The only advantages to this technique are that it does a lot of damage, affects a large area and can be used with or without a water source(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.
This one has more disadvantages than advantages, it requires a water source which is not always available and the opponent has to be standing on the water for it to work, this will most probably never happen in our current RP since everyone is just fighting on a plain grassy field. The advantages are that the defence leaves no openings, the user can still see through the water although maybe not as clear in my opinion and the user does not necessarily need a water source to perform the technique. Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. I don't have much to say about this technique. I really like the fact that you can manipulate it to form an orb after the wave attack, now when crushing your opponent with the wave fails, you can just drown them by trapping the in the orb. I like this one, after making the small needles in your mouth you spit them out at your opponent at high speeds which will make it hard for them to dodge, firstly because they are small and secondly because they are coming at him at high speeds whilst simultaneously aimed for his vitals.( Suiton: Tenkyū ) - Water Release: Heavenly Weeping

Description:
A secret technique of Takigakure that allows the user to manipulate nearby water into the form of a sword, by compressing it to incredible amounts, making it seem solid and sharp, almost crystalline in nature. The sword is very resilient and extremely useful against Fire attacks or Fire enhanced weaponry. The sword, once formed, can be thrown as a projectile or wielded. If thrown, it will do menial damage (C-Rank) but it can be wielded as any other sword and due to its incredible sharpness, can be quite dangerous. It can be used for melee based Kenjutsu attacks.
Note: While the sword is being sustained, the user can only mold Water Techniques.
Cool so the technique isn't all bad, all the user does basically is materialize water beneath his feet and the slide back and forth as if he were ice skating except he has complete control over his fluid movements so he won't slip and break a nose or anything like that. I suppose the only downside I can see with this tech is that the user will be restricted in using no other elemental affinities and you must be a taijutsu master, which i'm not yet so I can't use this at the moment.(Suiton: Ryuutai Suteppu) - Water Style: Fluid Step

Description: Ryuutai Suteppu is a very simple taijutsu technique with the enhancement of water. When being attacked in close range, the user will focus his chakra in the moisture of the air and materialize water beneath his feet. He will then use that water to slide back and forth in the ground as if he were standing on ice. However unlike ice, the user has complete control over his fluid movements. Can be used quite effectively to boost the randomness of movement when using Drunken Style. This technique will last for two turns, but the user will be restricted in using no other elemental affinities.

Another very good technique. The user simply channels suiton chakra within their mouth and gullet and then spews it n the form similar to that of drilling wind bullet, at the users will the bullet will split into 10 separate smaller bullets which proceed towards the target from different angles and at great speeds. As they make contact with the opponent they expand to the size of a bowling ball, dealing severe damage to the opponent. No handseals, no stress, overall great tech.(Suiton: Sawarabi no Shubyou) - Water Release: Dance of the Seedlings

Each diverges far from the path taken by the original bullet's, and flies in arcs at great speeds that are angled in such a way as to assault a target from multiple directions in quick succesion. As each bullet strikes the enemy, they expand to the size of a bowling ball, dealing severe damage to the opponent. The division of the bullets timing, is pre-determined by the users intentions upon spewing the bullet.

You analyzed both techniques for me so thank you I guess lol. They are both fairly simple to perform and can be quite useful in battle, I only have one question and that is for the first technique, is the stream strong enough to pierce through objects?Minus one hundred fifty points for misspelling my name. ._. Anyways, you don't need to be a Taijutsu master to use Fluid Step but to have simply mastered regular Taijutsu, don't know if you got that mixed up.

After forming the Tiger seal you will exhale a very thing stream of pressurized water that is powerful enough to tear through rock. Since this is a streaming type move, if you move your head while using it you can alter the path of the attack.

Gathering up your chakra into your chest you will release it in the form of a torrent of water. This torrent is extremely concentrated and contains a large quantity of water that can not only tear through most obstacles, but can also flood areas that have and depressions in it.
