^ That is > the standard Rasengan Konohamaru has shown throughout the entire series. If it comes to an eventual Rasengan clash, which it probably will, Naruto's overpowers Konohamaru's and kills him.

I don't even remember any feats from Konohamaru after Pain Arc. Regardless, FRS Naruto (Kakuzu fight) definitely takes this.

Yeah, but SM Naruto is far above High Jonin. Konohamaru hasn't even shown tremendous potential, so yes, it's a stretch. He has one shadow clone and can't even make a regular sized Rasengan from what we've seen.

High Jonin is good enough for him because there's no way he's Kage Level.

I know he does, but Early Shippuden Naruto didn't show anything but a bigger rasengan. HIm being weaker than that is blasphemous, without Kurama Chakra he and said bigger rasengan he is basically his 13 year old self. To bad kishi ignored all the interesting characters in part two.
