you don't mean SM Naruto right? Base naruto in war arc could still beat him due to that big ass rasengan barrage he did to destroy jukai kuton and RS. Even if it's pre war arc Naruto can still pull out a win due to his larger stamina, clone spamming and RS. Even before that, I think we can start talking.

Ash cloud blocks Naruto's sight, which nullifies any attempt of speedblitz since if Naruto tries to escape the cloud, he steps on Makibishi and that's an oppening for Konohamaru. Hiding like a mole which Konohamaru obviously has, counters Naruto's cloak.
