I believe that the byakugan evolutions will parallel the sharingan. As I discuss in a bit more depth in this thread.
justification for why a movie can be a viable source for theory
Like I said earlier the byakugan will follow same evolution pattern having similarity like the rinnegan that by combining the dna of two seperate clans you get the complete eye. Rinnegan means reincarnation eye same thing tenseigan is, so as I explain in this following thread a tensiagan is pretty much a rinnegan with added chakra mode.
So if logic follows the evolution for the byakugan should be mangeko byakugan. The mangeko means kaleidoscope, when it manifests for the sharingan it takes on different abstract shape. So an evolved byakugan should have kaleidoscope type designs.
In naruto shippuden the first movie we meet a girl shion with a dojutsu. Her eyes give her the power to see future to avoid death and has the power to seal demons
This is her eyes which has design of something you would see in a religious temple
But it's not just that in many ways shion is patterned based off of Hinata, for one to they literally look like each just inverse coloring, secondly Hinata name means white lily in reference to her byakugan while shion name is also has a name in reference to a flower that has same color as her eyes. Both also share a romantic interest with naruto.

If these correlations prove accurate what it means for himiwari
Himiwari name follows same pattern as her mom and shion being named after a sunflower so it might be hinting she will awaken an advanced byakugan with a yellow color.

When it comes to the sharingan it's a cursed eye that leads hardship despair for the user especially to gain higher power and has roots back to the demon. Also the core ability of the sharingan is genjutsu or possession comlnnecting even more so being a demonic eye.
While the byakugan key trait is to be all seeing a key trait of God while we see from shions eye for one it gives her ability to see in the future like prophets and in her chakra mode turns to this angelic being. Like I said earlier byakugan and sharingan have parallels, but in the same time they are opposites.

Before I go into my theory I have to address potential criticism since I'm going to be referencing a movie. If something happens in movie or filler most likely it's just a throwaway story that doesnt have true ramifications to the core story this is generally true this is NOT ALWAYS TRUE. The reason im referencing this movie is i believe there good reason to believe that it could show up again in the future. I'll give you example of things in movies and filler that have strong likelihood being cannon.
First example steel release was first shown in the naruto movie in which Kakashi tried to sacrifice himself. In movie when main bad guy was absorbing kekkei genkai there was a character looked like pakura the scorch release user which actually appeared in Manga. Also steel release also appeared in novel after the series with likelihood of what happened in this novels being canon is much higher.
Something that appeared in a filler was a kid named ranmaru who rode on raiga a swordman of the mist with red eyes that could do genjutsu. For one raiga was incorporated to the manga and ranmaru do jutsu has potentially made canon being in a novel and film on sasuke coming out next year of his journey after the series
