I'm getting worked up if the second post in a Sanji thread is about how he sucks and Zoro is so badass. I tackle that post and I explain with good arguments why in my opinion Sanji is a way more interesting character than Mr. cut 'n slash.

But no one said: "But Love Cook don't you remember when Zoro did X on Fishman Island/ Punk Hazard/ Dressrosa". He has 1 chapter of fame every arc and apparently that is enough to still the hunger of a Zoro lover. But now we see the first signs of withdrawal symptoms.

While I enjoy what Zoro does each arc for what it's worth, I have to admit that lately, it hasn't been worth much. I think the last time him on his own actually did something as interesting as what Sanji usually does is when he tried to use Neptune for negotiations on Fishman Island. It's a shame we don't see more stuff like that from him.

That's forgetting things like how he is the one who saved dressrosa king riku's life as well as Usopp and Oden's wano retainers infront of Pica by using his brain to create combo with coloseum fighters. Or how he was the origin of the entire group movement to stop the birdcage which in the end played a crucial role in Luffy having the necessary time to recover and finish Doflamingo off. But this is a Sanji thread, so i won't go further than this

Only the Bird Cage part actually stands out. No one else did anything like Sanji sabotaging Enel's ships during the Skypeia arc, or closing the Gates of Justice, which is what I mean by Zoro hasn't really done anything as interesting.

Yeah, struggling. Struggling doesn't have to just be taking heavy damage, or super clashes of strength. He struggled to catch Pica because of the tactical usage of his Golem. Zoro fanboys can try and twist it however they want, but the fact will always remain that it took Zoro forever to catch and defeat Pica.
