Employment Disparities-http://thealternativehypothesis.org/index.php/2016/04/15/white-privilege-the-callback-myth/
compare these statistics with the fact that blacks also have the ACLU and NAACP offering to sue employers on command if they are fired. It's too much risk to hire a minority over a white man, because we have no such protections.
Institutional Racism- "*Between 1984 and 2009, the wealth gap between whites and blacks has almost tripled despite the promise of equality, post Civil Rights Movement. This shows that white people are able to accumulate wealth at a much faster pace than black people and that there is an unequal distribution of opportunities."
IT shows that white people control their debt better obviously and live for the future. There is a big problem in black culture of blowing money fact. Overwhelmingly things have gotten better not worse for blacks in the last 30 years.
Affirmative Action- There is no argument for affirmative action, even you argue against it. It hurts perception of minortites, and it's plainly discrimination against white males.
Spacial Segregation- Again posting stats to back your argument that don't tell the whole story. Just because blacks on average make poor choices such as pre-marital child rearing and super high um-married rates, doesn't mean they are the subject of a racist plot. The numbers you are posting are reflecting decisions they tend to make and their consequences.
As far a gentrification goes, I won't deny white people want to live among other white people. It's our right to move as we please and take are wealth with us. You can choose to follow if you want, or you can address problems within your own communities and culture so as to be successful together like we are.
Housing Segregation- Again taking statistics that don't tell the entire story. It doesn't say whether the black applicant had the same stability in life as the white applicant. I guarantee a black married couple with stable jobs would get a better interest rate than a single white woman with two kids Regardless of their respective credit histories. The loan advisers job is to assess risk. Stop making every little thing about races and compare apples to apples.
racial profiling- Re read that Jersey Turn pike study it showed that blacks broke the law more
Black boys do look older to white eyes, nothing you can do about that
What you are asking for is willful ignorance aka Turing a blind eye to black crime, until explicitly provoked. I'm against un warranted searches of cars for all races, but you didn't make this about people vs police, you had to frame it blacks vs police.
sentencing disparities-"Differences in conviction and sentencing rates by race are due to differences in the gravity of the criminal offenses, prior records or other legal variables. A 1994 Justice Department survey of felony cases in the country’s 75 largest urban areas actually found lower felony prosecution rates for blacks than whites and that blacks were less likely to be found guilty at trial."
Don't say white Americans use drugs more... That survey was going by self reporting. White people admitted to using drugs more because we have less apprehensive views on the man. you have no actual data on that so as far as I know black people are liars.
Stop just posting statistics that don't reflect the entire story. All this last one shows is that blacks are more prone to bad behavior while in prison, thus eliminating their chances for early release.
Social Mobility- again figures don't tell the entire story. black poor social mobility reflects overall trends in their decision making, not some overall racist plot.
Collecting data at a place doesn't necessarily reflect their practices. You are more likely to find sick people in a hospital. Does that mean the hospital is making them sick? OR does it reflect their overall decision to go to the hospital once sick? Point being statistics reflect overall trends in decision making more often than they have direct result of racist practices.
ED
You can't legitimately sue someone who is fired unless it is for an unfair cause. So essentially they would only have to worry about this if they were going to fire someone for racial inspired reasons. In that cause you see the problem
IR
The problem can't just be the black culture stigma or a money management issues. Huge subsets of the population are excluded from accessing the avenues toward wealth. Which just shows unequal distribution of opportunities.
Even blacks with higher up nice jobs face face this on average. In the workplace, black college graduates are twice as likely as whites to struggle to find jobs - the jobless rate for blacks has been double that of whites for decades. For reasons in previous post. And it gets worse the higher up the pay scale you go. For every $10,000 increase in pay, blacks’ percentages of holding that job falls by 7 percent compared to whites.
AA
False perception's. AA is used to give minorities a chance. Those who this benefit aren't not deserving. Statistics show white's still have a edge in all area's with even with AA. Whites are disproportionately likely to go to college despite formal AA programs that attempt to recruit students of color.
SS
So basically what I'm getting from your post. We should knock blacks on stereotypes regardless of the situation. That seems to be what happening. As that's the only reason I see for homes in majority black neighborhoods not being as appreciate as homes in overwhelmingly white neighborhoods. This appreciation gap begins whenever a neighborhood is more than 10% black. This is race not class because its characteristic of all neighborhoods regardless of price range. Wealthy minority neighborhoods had less home value per dollar of income than wealthy white neighborhoods.
HS
"Again taking statistics that don't tell the entire story. It doesn't say whether the black applicant had the same stability in life as the white applicant." This would be true if these statistic weren't disproportional skewed. Unless you're trying to say all black people. "The loan advisers job is to assess risk." This is fine but when having a different skin color is considered a risk is where the problem happens.
RP
They made more disproportionately of the arrests 73% and 40% of the stops while only being 15% of the drivers. There's a difference between crimes and arrests. The crimes rate was similar to the white rate. Profiling someone by race isn't racist and isn't the problem. Targeting an entire race for suspicion of crime based on the individual's race is whats wrong. "Black boys do look older to white eyes, nothing you can do about that" this is the issue."What you are asking for is willful ignorance aka Turing a blind eye to black crime" incorrect
"I'm against un warranted searches of cars for all races" This is how it should be

Ik this will be hard for you to believe but it's the truth.

"as far as I know black people are liars." well .. u did say you were racist.
And the sentencing is hardly the same for the same crimes for both races as proven.
SM
"Black poor social mobility reflects overall trends in their decision making, not some overall racist plot."
If this were true than this wouldnt be the case. "
If being raised in the bottom fifth (disproportionately African American) were not a disadvantage and socioeconomic outcomes were random, we would expect to see 20 percent of Americans who started in the bottom fifth remain there as adults, while 20 percent would end up in each of the other fifths. Instead, about 40 percent are unable to escape the bottom fifth." There is this thing about the past effecting the future. The condition of past black generations reflect the conditions today. Which was the main point of this thread
"Collecting data at a place doesn't necessarily reflect their practices. You are more likely to find sick people in a hospital. Does that mean the hospital is making them sick? OR does it reflect their overall decision to go to the hospital once sick?

Causation and causality could be used vise versa as well. Statistic are how stereotypes are formed too. @bold these are one and the same
But thats all I have to say on the topic
