Having read through your previous thread with Adachi, its safe to say this is last jutsu you learned.
Okay so the next jutsu is the parent technique of the Chidori, known as the Raikiri. Having already learned Chidori, you should be familiar with the concept of the Raikiri seeing as it is similar in most areas, though with a few differences such as the need to have better chakra control due to it being stronger and requiring more concentration than Chidori.
Anyway, you begin by weaving the Ox » Rabbit » Monkey handseals, having done this, you then gather a sufficient amount of Raiton chakra in the palm of your dominant hand. While maintaining your concentration, you then release the built up chakra from your palm as a surge of electricity while simultaneously manipulating its shape to coat your hand with the electric current which can be used to pierce through most obstacles.

Grimmer widened his stance, knees slightly bent forward, Grimmer quickly performed the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals, then centered his right arm between the gap. He closed his eyes, simultaneously imagining his chakra turning into lightning, his insides crackled with excitement, he could feel the electricity lingering throughout his body. from his stomach, upward into his right arm. He gripped his right hand with his left, the power was great, but he would beat this..!

That was good. Now whilst maintaining the Raikiri, bring both of your hands together in front of you so that your palms are pressing against each other and redirect your chakra, half to be exact, to your left hand so that both your both hands will be covered with a Raikiri.
Key Points: Once you split the Raikiri in 2, the power is halved (40 per Raikiri).
Concentrating, and focusing on the currently conjured Raikiri, I bring both my hands together, I split the lightning chakra from my dominant hand, into my recessive, halving the overall striking power, but increasing the lethality in numbers.

You will gather Raiton chakra in both your hands and release it, covering them in Lightning, basically creating a Chidori in each hand. Once both hands are covered in Lighting, you will clap them together in front of you to create a thunderbolt that will be directed at your opponent.

You will form the Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger handseals whilst simultaneously gathering Raiton chakra throughout your body. Upon completion of the handseals, you will release the chakra from all over your body to create a blinding light which will leave your opponent unable to see if he looks at you.

Manipulating the already concentrated Raiton chakra throughout my hands, I slowly, but sternly tighten them, readying them for the initial impact soon to come. With that, I hastily bring them together in a clapping motion, springing forth a large bolt of lightning whizzing away hitting a nearby tree.

Don't rush the training, you have to redo them both, properly. There is a difference between Chidori and Raikiri.
The second jutsu isn't done like that, you release the chakra from your body and blind your opponent, not spread it out.

Performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey handseals, bringing my hands to together, then evenly dividing the chakra between the two. Bringing them away from each other I had essentially conjured two Chidori; one in each hand. With that, I vigorously swing my hands forward, slapping them together in a clapping motion - Instantly a large bolt of lightning roared forward whizzing in a linear motion hitting, then destroying a nearby boulder.
Did I do it right by applying the initial handseals for Chidori? Or?

Bringing my hands together, completely focusing myself, I concentrate my lightning chakra all around my body. I could feel the energy surging to break forward onto the surface - I continued to mold the tingling chakra several seconds more until the pent of energy became too dense, too perfect to suppress any longer. Releasing the lightning chakra from my body, I began to glow, a gold-white aura engulfed my entirety.

You will form a Chidori in your favored hand while running towards your target. Once you reach your opponent and strike him with the Chidori, you will shape it into a spear of lightning that will impale him and push him further away from you before the tip of the spear explodes.

Itama Senju - (Raiton: Chidori Raimei) - Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm
Itama began to gather raiton chakra into his right hand, carefully conjuring a Chidori, in which was needed to perform the technique his mentor had instructed. Concentrating the potent chakra within his palm, he jutted it forward, to his 12 o'clock, allowing the chakra to explode, not holding back anything. Lightning rushed forward in a vast area of coverage dying out several meters away.
Strengths
Area of Effect - Lack of Handseals - Multi-Directional.
Weaknesses
Possible loss of LoS (Line of Sight) - Leaves your 9 o'clock open - Spreads, leaving gaps in your frontal.
Usage
I'd rarely use this technique to be very honest, it just isn't something I'd induct into my arsenal. However, if I had to use it, I'd use this technique when say my enemy has mad several clones, and they're rushing at me, this would undoubtedly wipe them out.

Say my opponent is closing in, and I need coverage, and the element of surprise. I'd use this technique to cause an explosion on the surface (if an earthen surface), causing the ground to explode, while clouds of debris flooded the battlefield.

Itama Senju - (Raiton: Chidori Shinsō) - One Thousand Birds True Spear
Itama created a simple clone, opposite to him, giving it orders to position itself several feet away. Doing so, Itama then recreated the Chidori, but this time manipulated the raiton chakra so that a small spear would form itself over the deadly parenting technique.
Getting his running start, Itama surged forward pulling his right hand behind his back slightly, then jutting it forward with immense force, piecing his clone. Before the clone could vanish, Itama raised it within the air releasing a surge of raiton chakra causing an explosion, and sending his clone back onto the ground, then vanishing in a cloud of smoke.
Strengths
Chidori -> Chidori Spear transition can a deadly surprise vs unexpected enemies attempting to get up close, and personal.
Weaknesses
Blunt usage (straight forward), at attempts of striking the opponent from the get go with it, is a no go. This is a typically bland technique if used as it says, and is very much predictable, and counter-able.

How I'd use this technique is by baiting my opponent to attempt CQC with me, fake a Chidori jab - Then transition it from a simple Chidori, to a Chidori spear, slicing it horizontally to whichever way my opponent dodged, hitting them, and giving me the advantage.
