Can't delete icon on my PC--scared for virus

A while back I got a few GIFs from Gfycat & moved them to my phone. Earlyer today I was going through my computer & erasing old unnessisary junk. When searching "size_restricted" (the names of all of the GIFS because I set all the GIFs to a smaller size for my phone) I noticed they all had icons looking like the one below & couldn't delete them. Any ideas? I'm a little concerned they might be a virus or something.

I'm asking for computer help, not advertising. The only thing I use photo bucket for is to post images on forums.

Because if I said "I saw an Icon" it wouldn't be that useful without letting people know what the icon looked like. And yes.
