Description: The Nth Armor, the suit Deathstroke wears over his body. While this would normally allow one to defy gravity and fly, his suit is "impure", a mixture of other metals with the Nth metal so it does not grant him this ability. However, it does increase his strength, speed, durability, and healing. The Nth metal add's +5 to his speed, strength and +10 to durability. Nth metal also protects the wearer from elements and speeds the healing of wounds (+5 every 2 turns after damaged for 4 turns), and protects them from extreme temperatures (Up to B rank). His armor allows him to tank heavy blasts (C rank), and gives him added protection against piercing weapons. The armor is always on him so this is considered passive, however it must be mentioned by the user. If a different armor is worn this tech is nullified.

Technique Name: Mirakuru formula healing factor

Description: Due to being injected with the Mirakuru formula, Slade has been granted a modestly accelerated healing factor which enables him to recover from physical injuries much faster than most humans, which supplies him with great longevity. This ability has limitations, as he can not regenerate lost eyes or limbs, although he can heal from fatal injuries such as being shot multiple times, stabbed with a sword through his vital organs or great impacts such as falls from great heights and hits from super strong metahumans. He can recover from otherwise fatal injuries, but the experience is traumatic. He has suffered from short-term periods of insanity and animalistic behavior after these "resurrections". These episodic feral states are temporary, and he eventually regains control of himself.
Note: "Resurrecting" does not mean he can continue in a battle or mission after he has died, merely that he will come back to life afterwards.
Note: Adds +5 to health every 2 turns after injuries, not exceeding his maximum health, up to a maximum of 35 HP recovered per battle.

The staff's blunt damage is dependent on the user's strength stat, dealing 40% of strength stat in damage.

Slade was back. Back where he made his bread and butter. NBVille. Ripe with crime and opportunity. He was ready to get his operation back up and running, and this mission was his first step up. Having done his fair share of Intel on his target, he knew most of the places he frequented. So there he was Downtown on a roof watching for him. All he had to do was wait right where he was, and his target would come to him soon enough. And soon enough, came quicker than he expected. Suddenly a green colored man came walking up the street towards him. Looking thru his binoculars, he confirms it's his target. He would watch him a bit longer and wait till they were in a more low key area to strike..

Description: This ability is based on changing Beast Boy's attributes by changing his muscle, bone, nerve or body structure beyond what can be done with the Core Ability. In essence the user is changing their bodily (muscle, nerve, bone, brain tissue, etc) structures to that of animals found in nature gaining strength, speed, durability or intelligence (can only take 2 at a time one gains +15 the other gains +10.) The user tends to stay in his human form when using this lesser version of the transformation and there are very little aesthetic differences. These lesser alterations such as advanced muscle mass or nerve structure can be held indefinitely, until the user transforms into something other than his human form. Beyond increasing two traits Beast Boy can further manipulate his bodily structure focusing on a single trait putting all that focus into one boost gaining strength, speed or durability by +20. This negates the +15 and +10 from the smaller variation. However, due to the nature of how the buffs work he must sacrifice something. For example if the user wants the +20 to strength he would need to take on a much bulkier muscle structure meaning speed would suffer -5. If for example he wanted +20 to speed he'd have to lose -5 from strength because his muscle structure would have to compensate. Likewise, to increase durability, one loses speed, and to increase intelligence one loses durability. This is to make up for the additional attributes placed into a new category to gain a boost this large one must lose something of equal value through transformation.
Note: Lesser variation can only have two traits active at a time
Note: Advanced variation can only have a single trait active at a time and lasts four turns
Note: The technique has a one turn cd before traits can be shifted
Note: After the Advanced variation wears off Beast Boy returns to the lesser variation.

Description: A culmination of all of Beast Boy's martial arts prowess mixed with his own transformation abilities. Drunken Monkey is one of Beast Boy's main offensive means of attacking and he tends to substitute it for basic attacks. The style itself tends to be hard to predict and counter due to the erratic nature and behavior of the user who either plays the part of drunkard or actually becomes intoxicated to fight in a wild and unpredictable manner. Due to his transformations his skills and strength in this style are miles beyond anyone who uses similar styles because he has an intuitive understand of the Monkey and it's movements. He also has the ability to through his transformations augment the style by changing his center of gravity, moving his weight around in a more literal way and increasing and decreasing his muscle mass at crucial points of contact.

The form is short and simple, consisting of a few dozen or so movements. Much of the moves are performed at a low ground level, with rolling, tumbling and falling techniques. There are also many unusual grappling and blocking techniques. The higher level attacks include eye pokes and throat hits, as well as blocks and punches (with punching being exceptional, as monkeys generally do not attack with their fists.) There are also many middle attacks such as kicks aimed to the stomach area, and lower attacks to the lower abdomen, groin and legs.

The "Monkey-Hands" Technique: Relaxed hand strikes with the palm facing downward and fingers drooping towards the ground, used to deflect hand strikes and kicks, and also to strike with the fingers towards the throat and eyes.
The "Monkey-Claws" Technique: This attack is basically a strike with the palm facing forward and hitting with the fingers and striking downward, like any animal's clawing motion. It is used to hit the face and eyes, and can also be used to grapple the opponent's wrist.
Low Kicks and Ground Kicks: There are many kicks in Drunken Monkey, primarily aimed at the lower portions of the body (legs, groin, abdomen) and executed from a low position or from lying on the ground.
Beast Boy does not require intoxication to use this style, but he prefers it. This form of fighting can also be used for evasion within reason just as free form can be. Beast Boy is able to apply the teachings and styles to any form he enters through transformation.
Note: Augmentation of muscles increase strength, speed and durability +5 each if wanted
Note: The user will need to post the technique but it works like free form dealing 60% of the speed or strength attribute. If multiple attacks are sourced from a single use the damage is split evenly among the numerous attacks. The technique can also be used multiple times in a single turn to attack several different ways.

Technique Name: Thrill of the Hunt

Description: Beast Boy or another shapeshifter augments their senses allowing for varying applications such as infrared sensing, night vision, ultraviolet sight, electromagnetic sensing, heightened sound perception, heightened or dulled sense of touch and pain, echo location and an increase in the sense of smell. He does this by augmenting the sensory organ related to that sense or creating a new organ to gain the sense putting it into his own body.

Any of the sight based sense augmentations allow the user to boost their eyesight to 20/5, meaning that what a normal person would need to be five feet away to see someone under the influence of this technique can see from twenty feet away meaning their sight is four times better. Heightened sound perception allows the user to hear whispers from roughly 30 meters away. Electromagnetic sensing allows the user to sense out various animals and people, and even sources of electricity. These abilities can be used by Beast Boy or any Shapeshifter he teaches how to do so. If desired the sense can boost the users intelligence by 10.

Gar was walking through the city streets in his human form for once, he felt the stares he knew people were watching. It became less and less of a hindrance he didn't feel as though they were gawking anymore they were staring because he was great a soon to be hero. That's when he saw a girl off in the distance, a buxom raven haired beauty.

As he approached her he grew two large angel like wings from his back smiling trying to flirt with her as he extended the wings out behind him. He spoke with a flirtatious tone as his mind slipped into a fantasy of a perfect relationship something he didn't think he could have or even deserved anymore. In that moment he remembered what it felt like to be genuinely happy even if only for a few seconds.

The woman was obviously confused by this and just meekly and quickly walked past him trying to get away from the green freak as quickly as possible. Gar took this in stride, he continued to walk forward trying to keep his head held high, he wasn't great at flirting but it wouldn't stop him from trying.
It was at this point that he felt something, or someone watching him. This was different then the usual stares the ones he had been garnering all day. This felt like malicious intent he couldn't tell where it was coming from, but he felt like he had to watch himself. He increased his muscle mass, cracked his neck and knuckles while augmenting his senses adding electromagnetic sensing and infrared sensing into his list of abilities. He began to sense out the electromagnetic forces and the heat signatures everyone gave off most were just on the ground moving about the city like normal.

However there was one person up on a nearby roof. He didn't move, he didn't leave he just waited there as if watching. Gar expected this was the person after him. He became slightly paranoid, in mere moments he went from confident to trying to be relaxed. He took a deep breath then exhaled calming himself and his emotions. He continued walking becoming unpredictable in his movements, he stopped at a crosswalk turned around walked back up the street looked at a building turned around again walked back to the cross walk then turned down an alley. He was getting an understanding of the situation and the area if he was to be attacked he wanted the odds to be in his favor. Once there he leaned against the wall, the alley was narrow and ended abruptly at the facade of a building.

Slade watched as Gar grew wings and interacted with a woman who quickly walked away, watched as his target seemed to look right at him on the roof then began to move. He closely followed from roof top to roof top but he had a decent idea his target knew he was being tailed. It wasn't long before he came to a stop, in an alleyway Pulling his energy staff off his back he perched himself on the ledge of a building..

Seems like now is as good a chance as any..

Slade thought, as he positions himself almost directly above him, dropping down towards a meter behind him holding the staff in both hands low enough to resemble one holding a long sword, he would swing downwards with the staff attempting to hit him on top of the head hopefully before he realized he was in distress.

Gar was mentally preparing himself, he was leaning against the wall with his arms slightly rased in a ready position he was still sensing out the man's position with both his electromagnetic sensing and infrared sight. As the man, who's name Gar didn't know positioned himself above him he pinpointed the electric signals his body was giving off making sure to distinguish those signals from the others. Gar would be able to recognize this guy merely from the way his body acted and reacted the very electrical signals his brain gave off.
As the man jumped from the roof Gar lifted both of his hands as he produced three metal claws (six in total) from both his right and left hand as well as a reinforced metal ridge with three horns on his forehead like that of triceratops. He went on to position the right hand directly above him as he turned to face the man catching the staff with his claws while turning his wrist making it so that the man couldn't pull his staff away. While in unison he threw his left hand up and into the man's chest with a decent amount of force in a one inch punch like motion. The claws on his right hand would stop the staff as the claws on the left hand were aimed to puncture the man's chest while all of this was happening Gar slammed his head into the mask man's face causing another strong blow.
Gar's eyes narrowed as he spoke towards the man almost speaking through him instead of at him.

Oi, did they send you?

The word they was gruff and harsh almost guttural in tone much different from the way he normally spoke it held malice.

Description: Dragonbone Armor is exactly what it sounds like Beast Boy manifests bones breaking the skin and protruding them enough to create a plate-like armor reminiscent of a Stegosaurus covering any part of his body up to his entire body in these plates or growths. The armor adds +10 to his durability and if spiked allows him to create bone like weapons like blades on his hands, elbows, shoulders, knuckles and any other joints to create deep piercing damage which in turn boosts the strength the user has when used offensively giving +5 to +10 to strength however the larger the strength increase speed suffers, in direct proportion, 1:1. He is also able to if he wishes manifest solid Magnetite an organic producible metal like those found on the teeth of mollusks to further the strength of the armor. This can be used to augment any animalistic transformation. This can also be used to create magnetite nails, fangs, claws and any other sharp protuberances from his body. Drunken Monkey is one of Beast Boy's main offensive means of attacking and he tends to substitute it for basic attacks. The style itself tends to be hard to predict and counter due to the erratic nature and behavior of the user who either plays the part of drunkard or actually becomes intoxicated to fight in a wild and unpredictable manner. Due to his transformations his skills and strength in this style are miles beyond anyone who uses similar styles because he has an intuitive understand of the Monkey and it's movements. He also has the ability to through his transformations augment the style by changing his center of gravity, moving his weight around in a more literal way and increasing and decreasing his muscle mass at crucial points of contact.

Gar was mentally preparing himself, he was leaning against the wall with his arms slightly rased in a ready position he was still sensing out the man's position with both his electromagnetic sensing and infrared sight. As the man, who's name Gar didn't know positioned himself above him he pinpointed the electric signals his body was giving off making sure to distinguish those signals from the others. Gar would be able to recognize this guy merely from the way his body acted and reacted the very electrical signals his brain gave off.
As the man jumped from the roof Gar lifted both of his hands as he produced three metal claws (six in total) from both his right and left hand as well as a reinforced metal ridge with three horns on his forehead like that of triceratops. He went on to position the right hand directly above him as he turned to face the man catching the staff with his claws while turning his wrist making it so that the man couldn't pull his staff away. While in unison he threw his left hand up and into the man's chest with a decent amount of force in a one inch punch like motion. The claws on his right hand would stop the staff as the claws on the left hand were aimed to puncture the man's chest while all of this was happening Gar slammed his head into the mask man's face causing another strong blow.
Gar's eyes narrowed as he spoke towards the man almost speaking through him instead of at him.

The word they was gruff and harsh almost guttural in tone much different from the way he normally spoke it held malice.

Slade was shocked as his target reacted much quicker than he expected. Catching his staff in one hand he struck his chest piercing into his armor with bone like spikes then proceeded to head butt him in his mask, breaking the mask and revealing his weathered face. As he says the last word he throws a right kick towards Gar's stomach while simultaneously he raises up on the staff so the end is pointed towards Gar's upperbody, and releases an energy blast out the end of the staff aimed to send BB flying back releasing the staff and giving him some space to recover for a moment. As he does he straps the bo staff back onto his back and pulls out a grappling gun, firing it towards Gar in an attempt to wrap him up and subdue him..

Gar was met with an upward kick to the gut, this surprisingly knocked the wind from him he gasped sucking in air as he let out a feral growl towards the man. He began to speak as blood seeped from his lower lip a stark contrast to the green skin that surrounded the seeping crimson blood.

What did you do with the rest you son of a *****. There were others, I know I helped some escape.

The no longer masked man had moves of his own, and Gar's right hand was slammed downward as the staff made contact with his chest. His eyes widened slightly as 'BOOM' a blast of energy hit him dead in the chest he was thrown to the ground directly in front of the man.
He threw all his body weight towards his lower body and upward performing a kip-up. From his prone position he landed back on his feet directly in of the man. His shirt was torn from the blast exposing his upper body covered in a layer of thick green fur like the rest of his body. The fur became matted and bloodied over the next few moments as the wound began to seep like the fur of a wounded animal.

What you don't know is I'm not like them I fought, I killed, a hundred people fell before me. It made me learn quickly, fighting isn't about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. The world is a very mean and nasty place, life has already beat me to my knees many times. You don't hit as hard as life, and it's no where near what can keep me down.

It clattered to the ground as his left hand performed a forward jab to the previously masked man.
This strike was aimed for the gut slightly lower than the first strike it held a fair amount of force behind it and was accompanied by the claws that jutted out from his knuckles.

Beast Boy does not require intoxication to use this style, but he prefers it. This form of fighting can also be used for evasion within reason just as free form can be. Beast Boy is able to apply the teachings and styles to any form he enters through transformation.
Note: Augmentation of muscles increase strength, speed and durability +5 each if wanted
Note: The user will need to post the technique but it works like free form dealing 60% of the speed or strength attribute. If multiple attacks are sourced from a single use the damage is split evenly among the numerous attacks. The technique can also be used multiple times in a single turn to attack several different ways.



First strike: 5 damage
Second strike: 49 damage

OOC: If this move or any following moves takes out the remainder of your health, take it as non-fatal damage putting you at 1hp so we can rp a bit more.

He quickly drops a smoke bomb that detonates, and uses the screen to quuickly grab his grappling gun aiming it for the closest rooftop firing it off connecting. As he pulls himself away, he speaks as if a ghost in the smoke..
I am Deathstroke, and you've only delayed the inevitable..
And with that Slade was gone, defeated in this battle however he would return stronger and more prepared than ever

As the man reeled back getting ground Gar didn't follow him. He left him get space as he began to speak. Gar's voice turned feral like it had several times before in the fight. It might not be plain to see but he gained a respect for the masked man in the short bout they had and a feeling in the back of his head told him this wouldn't be the last time their path's crossed.

The Colony, they told me I could become anything, so I became an animal. Look into my eyes, tell me what you see. Nevermind I'll tell you what you see Deathstroke. A remorseless killer a Beast who slaughtered his way to freedom. Go back, tell them you failed and hope they don't do to you what I could have right here right now and that it'll take more than that to get me back within their walls. Let them know for me, I'll be making my return, on my own terms.

This was when the man's grappling gun began to pull him away Gar's body shifted back to it's normal self as he looked down at his bloodied and torn chest. He smiled slightly a single snaggletooth overlapping his lower lip as he turned and began walking away still dripping blood over his green body.

Feeling rather accomplished, even a bit egotistical Gar strutted out from the alley back to his normal self singing along to his own tune. His mood picked right back up. The fight seemed a distant memory, he would forget for now, but there'd be a nightmare later rousing him from his sleep late tonight.



This obviously would look much cooler in his own head, and make him seem oddly out of place in the busy narrow street. He tried to play off the next few moments in the coolest way he possibly thought he could. He even accompanied the "Bang, Bang" with finger guns hoping that for all this self-perceived badassness, Deathstroke was still watching.

Pretty nice RP here. Howard plays a different BB than I'm used to, a more mature one but it flies in my book. Now on to the fight. Geets, you took that chest claw attack head on man, whoa O_O. Although, your Nth Armor does add an extra 50 HP so you wouldn't be in that much trouble but then you go and collect another one. Oh, the savagery.

It's pretty much clear who the victor is after controlling the fight no matter how short it has been. Howard (Beast Boy) is victorious.
