I'd say leaving the staff was one of my biggest achievements tbh. Not much has been done this year that really matters, although my relationship is going strong and that's an achievement i want to say.
You were the MVP though :sdo:, I wanted you to become an admin :sdo:

Going vegan. Quitting meat consumption was easy, but it was a long a process cutting out dairy products because they're hidden in everything. So far I've lost 15 pounds, and I'm much leaner. It's mostly fat, but I feel like I've lost a bit of muscle mass. I probably just need to up my protein intake. Last time I check by body fat percentage was around 18%, and my goal is to get down to around 12 to 10%.

I am mostly fat :sdo: I eat mostly meat(invaluable protein source) and almost do no cardio only bodybuilding. Lost 12KG in 1 month and gaining some muscle underneath that blub of fat :sdo:
Let's do it bro, no more "See how fit I was in this picture back in my teenage years" let's be fit now!!!!

I beg to differ. Plant sources of protein is just as proficient as animal sources of protein. Meat consumption is also accredited to various health issues such as cancer, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular issues, and an over all shorter life span. I've always been thin, and I credit that to being a vegetarian most of my life and cardio. To me it sounds like your meat consumption is an issue rather than an advantage. If you're trying to lose more weight I recommend you do a lot more cardio and cut down on carb consumption. It's possible to be healthy and lean on a meat based diet, but in my personal opinion, cutting out meat consumption will help with your weight loss, and your general health in life. Now I'm not telling you you have to make these changes, all I'm giving my opinion and saying is you should do the research. It won't hurt trying.

Yeah plant based protein is not a no no as well. However it is about digestibility issues. Any herbivore animal has at least 2 chambers of stomach for all that rubbish to pass through and be prepared etc. especially fibre we humans have only 1 chamber. Meanwhile You eat a rabbit meat now, after a few hours it's already repairing your muscles and building them. Broccoli will have to wait until to tomorrow to action the same :sdo: meanwhile you're dying with doms after hard chest day at the gym :sdo:

As for cardio it burns more calories than my lifting I agree. However cardio kills your muscles along the way since instead of activating "fast twitching" muscles like on cats, it activates the "long twitching" endurance muscles. 2ndly, after 3 hours of cardio BOOM it's work is done :sdo: body returns to resting mode. In lifting weights and power sprinting your calorie burning remains freaking 18 hours after gym. You sweat after hours because of metabolic increase :sdo:

But both sprinting and jogging are forms of cardio? I only ever said cardio helps with weight loss, making no distinction between sprinting, jogging, running, etc. And it's true that cardio can cause muscle loss, but only in extreme situations where a person is running for extended periods of time, e.i. marathon runners, and joggers. A simple google search can tell you that. A 1 to 2 hour walk, run, or jog can assist with building muscle. Of course you're doing all this cardio along side body building; lifting weights, which I'm certain joggers and sprinters don't do.

With the right balance of cardio, weight lifting and a plant based diet, you can achieve a body like vegan body builder or , who I personally look up to in terms of making gains. You can be vegan and still be on the bulkier side of body building and weight lifting. During the Olympics, the only male US weight lifting competitior was a vegan, .

There are a lot of misconceptions and sterotypes surrounding running and veganism, but they're constantly disproven with research and science.
