But both sprinting and jogging are forms of cardio? I only ever said cardio helps with weight loss, making no distinction between sprinting, jogging, running, etc. And it's true that cardio can cause muscle loss, but only in extreme situations where a person is running for extended periods of time, e.i. marathon runners, and joggers. A simple google search can tell you that. A 1 to 2 hour walk, run, or jog can assist with building muscle. Of course you're doing all this cardio along side body building; lifting weights, which I'm certain joggers and sprinters don't do.
With the right balance of cardio, weight lifting and a plant based diet, you can achieve a body like vegan body builderYou must be registered for see linksorYou must be registered for see links, who I personally look up to in terms of making gains. You can be vegan and still be on the bulkier side of body building and weight lifting. There are a lot of misconceptions and sterotypes surrounding running and veganism, but they're constantly disproven with research and science.
Well until I reach a plateau in my method, I will continue to use it :sdo:. Vegan bodybuilding takes in a lot of effort. Cardio even worse. I assure you cardio and leg day are the most hated days in the gym.
Meat, eggs, soy(whey protein) etc. That's a fast charge protein in take that I am not willing to give up for slow vegetables :sdo:
Inbox me your starting weight and we will see in 6 months the unfolding of each method....
