i used to think that sasuke is easily stronger but i now think that nagato can probably beat him .ps's sword gets ST'd before it can be fully swinged or nagato simply pushes the whole PS away.CT used as a meteor destroys sasuke's ps .enton/amatrasu/susano arrows all get absorbed .that is how i see nagato's chances.

At bold: He certainly isn't beating Rinnegan Sasuke.
Anyway, he didn't have killing intent and he likely purposefully missed aiming the sword for a kill shot. Looking back at the chapter he only used the sword to take out shin's arm.

Also why can't the destructive power of Susanoo be manipulated? I'm pretty sure the wielder can decide wether or not to swing the blade at full force. It's not like PS acts like a gun.

sasuke never even attacked shin with ps slash so only god knows what that idiot is talking about. he used ps blade to protect sakura from shins weapons, then grabbed him and crushed his bones.

ps tanks the ST, and then sasuke causally one shots while nagato is recovering from the 5 secs cooldown. what do you mean CT used as a meteor? nagato only uses it one way and thats trhough core which gets demolished with multiple ps slashes before it can fully form, then nagato follows.

Because using his strongest technique equating to his full power is apparently missing a hit or non-intent to kill? That's as much as saying Madara wasn't intending to kill Hashirama in order to get his DNA, despite using his strongest technique. Let's stop with the ridiculous assertion here. Sasuke had other means to save Sakura, according to your premise, but proceeds to use his full power instead disagrees with your notion.

Shin is a valid example to propose which shuts all of Sasuke's over-exaggerated feats by his fanbase, which includes him blitzing (Sasuke's FB) anyone, while failing against Shin and PS one-shotting anyone while failing against Shin.

The speed a slash is a swung at means he's applying full force to it. If you had a sword and swung it at high speed, then the force exerted is full force. The speed PS swings its blade at is applying full force to it, so your notion is just nonsense. There is no proof that PS can manipulate the force of its blade; if it swings then its full power.

Yes it tanks the impact but it gets pushed away just like the three boss toads since EMS Sasuke's PS is slightly bigger than single boss toad .meaning there is little chance for Sasuke to attack Nagato during the cooldown since his PS whould be falling on the ground far away from Nagato .

If Nagato used it in the traditional way ,it would get destroyed.but Nagato can form it away(still using the core) then use it to crush Sasuke's PS .
I amnot saying that Nagato would certainly beat him but i think he has good chance here .
