I.War Arc Gaara without Shukaku's support is able to spam countless Sand techs, he was a Jin afterall, he has obscene amounts of Chakra, and from what we've seen, Gaara has NEVER been out of chakra ever, meaning he has perfect chakra control, and his sand techniques don't deplete him much.

II. None of the paths are faster than Gaara aerial. That's a fact. Once Gaara becomes airborne he destroys the paths that can't fly, Animal Path gets eaten up quickly at the notice of a giant bird or any animal for that matter being summoned. Gaara is by far one of the smartest, and tactical registering ninja in the manga. The only Path, as I have iterated is Deva that will be a "problem" I quote problem, because he really won't be.

Bro the paths aren't going to be striking one by one, they stick together with Preta and Deva acting as the main defenses so sand does not strike the bird down.

III. Counter for CT? Simply out run it. OR. OR .OR. Gaara uses his sand to demateralize the rock, and sediments like he did vs Kimimaro (he made an ocean of sand in seconds), which makes Chibaku Tensei a giant useable sand sphere. Literally, I have so many counters for CT it's stupid.

He's not outrunning it, secondly while a good idea Gaara stated that it was the minerals in the DIRT that helped him create the sand, he cant just turn rock into sand my man :lol

IV. Preta Path can't absorb the sand, just the chakra from the sand. The process is slow, and tedious. Proving to be futile due to the obscene amounts of sand Gaara dishes out. Literally, Preta Path would be a sitting duck just like Madara slowly absorbing the small amounts of chakra within Gaara's sand.

He absorbed the chakra from it yet it stuck to him anyways because it was wet, without the water and Preta is being used it falls haplessly to the ground as was shown

I'd imagine the gravitational attraction caused by Chibaku Tensei would prevent Gaara's Sand from maneuvering to all of the rocks and dematerialize them.

That scan proves nothing on the slow absorption process, when Preta Path was absorbing higher Chakra techniques at faster rate. Sand of Gaara's and Rasa's have Chakra processed to them, meaning they're absorbed in any contact with Preta, and the rate speed is null when Preta's absorption time have shown to be inconsistent.

OT: Pain low diff. Chikushōdō or Tendo can solo them, let alone the six.

: it spits a liquid substance which is actually superior to oil, considering it washed off Jiraiya's oil on Konan allowing her to use her papers again. It can't be a water substance since water and oil don't mix, and oil was Gaara's weakness meaning Gaara's sand is all worthless against this.

As far as I'm concerned, the team don't have an enormous supply of sand proportionate to put down boss summons, and they certainly can't put down the dogs. Chikushōdō can outlast them.

I don't feel like arguing the six, but Pain stomps them.

I agree and even then, I would disagree with the assertion entirely simply because Gaara easily accomplishing a feat that required Itachi, KCM Naruto's, and BM Bee's cooperation seems rather peculiar to me.

If pain can absorb sand attacks like he did with jiraya's oil and fire jutsus then gaara gets absolutely murked. If not, i'd still side with pain. With his father, i dunno for 2nd case but if sand and gold dust jutsus are nullified via pareta path then they stand no chance whatsoever..

I suppose if this is Jin Gaara in a desert its a pretty big difference as he CAN just spam sand with his unlimited chakra. However even then Deva can use the bird summon to get close enough for a BT, especially if Asura uses his chakra laser to force Gaara into his "absolute defense". Not to mention absolutely no counter to CT.

Preta path also showed it can absorb the sand so it can defend whichever paths it pleases.

I have one question if pain uses CT in desert wont Gaara just merge with sand? and after jutsu is complete he will leave no?

Pain isn't in his element whilst airborne and that's only one (at most 2 with animal path) that can take flight regardless.

Sucks to see Pain lose but this is a matchup where he can't pull it. Gaara can deal with the animal summons and that's usually my go-to debate point when debating Pain so i'm out.

He can absorb the chakra out of the sand, however since the water was present it was sticking to him anyways, no? If I'm wrong please tell me how in a casual manner.

Perfect Jin Gaara murks Pain. Especially with War-Arc feats. War-Arc Gaara without Perf Jin can whoop Pain as well, he doesn't need his pops here.

Haven't argued for Gaara in a while, ready to turn up if need be.

Actually if you have been following the fight of Madara against the five Kages, you will notice that he has been blabbering to Oonoki about how only physical attacks can work on him - meaning that an attack that is pure chakra-based gets absorbed and any other attack that utilizes a physical material, say sand or wood cannot be absorbed. The image above by Forbidden Technique proves that.

As for the main topic, Team Gaara will win this.

And please one more thing is that many basers draw conclusions not based on strict analysis but based on what they think Kishimoto will do instead. If that is how everyone goes about versus threads, then it is pointless to have any such thread.

I think Gaara alone can possibly win especially with this location. Preta is actually useless here as he only absorbs chakra i believe and Gaara has shown he can manipulate ordinary sand before

. Even if Gaara without intel uses sand from his gourd to attack preta, the chakra gets absorbed but the sand remains and preta's still vulnerable.

The location doesn't favor the paths imo (except Deva) as i don't believe any other path has an ability to counter sand from the location suddenly grabbing them at their feet?

Adding Rasa is overkill imo.
