Kabuto goes higher than Itachi. Itachi could only defeat him because he was Edo. Izanami was only prepared because Itachi was not afraid of taking those hits. Furthermore, Kabuto had counters for everything Itachi could do. Also, are you forgetting this guy has an army of Jonin - Kage level Edos at his service? Madara, Nagato, Muu, Sandaime Raikage, Itachi himself etc. Kabuto is severely underrated and should be placed much higher.

I will take this into consideration and change my list

You can't judge Itachi and Kabuto from their battle considering it was so conditional and convoluted, they both have really infallible arguments you can make.

But Kabuto solo? Don't forget about Sage Elemental Powers, 4 ways of healing/invulnerability, Hanzo's Poison Mist and Zabuza's silent killing mist as well as the strongest summon in the entire series- Manda II, the size of a small country.

To me, Kabuto should be in everyones Top 10 whilst other ninja like Minato, Itachi and Nagato fall just short. 1v1 though with no condition sh*t? Who knows.

I'm confident Juubito can take down Toneri and base form Momoshiki (not completely sure about it)
Nagato destroys Itachi.
EMS Sasuke should be placed a bit higher imo

With the amount of versatility in characters, and bias on the forum, you won't really get an agreeing consensus from others. Especially not with the War Arc's introduction to the Sage Family bullshit.

Kaguya had tons of chakra but no skill, Madara had the ninja experience to back up his power and actually know how to overwhelm his opponents, it's just he was obsessed with his own power and that made him easy to take advantage of by Black Zetsu. Kaguya feared Momoshiki, if she feared him it's only logical to assume his final form would be a significant threat to her, seeing as he is far more acrobatic and aggressive in his fighting style I think he deserves to be placed higher. He lacks the immortality Kaguya had but he has a more effective fighting style, adult Naruto and Sasuke are just OP.

He is no doubt exceptional but his stamina lets him down. Edo Itachi is a completely different story. He has the potential to be one of the best but his stamina lets him down.
Also, War Obito has 6 Bijuu, Kamui, some of the Rinnegan Paths, Hashis DNA and so on.

Taking edo bodies and izanami out of the count, Kabuto Yakushi is the strongest person Hashirama Senju can beat IMO. An unlimited restricted Kabuto Yakushi is ridiculous, it's insane that one man unleashed the majority of the 4th Shinobi War on the 5 Nations. Not using his own haxed body to fight or his summon, with many of his army being badly matched or falling unusable- Kabuto Yakushi is one of the only say...5 ninja who can take on the entire world.
