How is Hagoromo and Madara stronger than Kaguya?

Hagaromo after he absorbed the 10 tails after sealing Kaguya, if he could best her without it having nearly as much chakra as her he would be strongest, Madara was more skilled and had almost as much chakra as her he was just caught off guard

why is obito that low on list
he beats nagato itachi even DSM kabuto and sasuke would lose for me and so does BM naruto. BM Minato beats EMS madara and is on par with prime hashirama.. Rest seem fine.

Aliens are not include in my list necause they aren't ninjas. Ninjas ate skillful. Also god like power ups are not include 8n my list nethier because it is a PU they needed to be above everyone.

8 gates Gai doesn't exist. It is just a tecnic. If he uses it, he surpasses human base. He gets the power of 100 x of Hokage levels. But it is a tecnic only. If that was the case then, the Hiruzen & Minato with RPS are also top of top.

Muu shoule be somewhere in the list but dont know where.

Naruto and sasuke beat any madara bar jubi jin 2 eyed plus.
If obito is not jin then he's fine. And hashirama should be in minato's tier. Kabuto is also above jiraya and itachi should be on par with him.

- Even if kaguya is not as skilled, she is still stronger though (she ate the shinjuu fruit,her chakra is unparalled) maybe prime juubi jin hagoromo with the CT seals can beat her, but she's still on top of my list
- itachi is above kabuto w/o ET
- adult naruto and sasuke are not above prime hagoromo/hamura (prime hags divided his chakra and gave naruto and sasuke, not even prime, old hagz)
- the last naruto is not stronger than 1 eyed jj madara (no RSM means limbo will beat the living crap out of naruto + madara has more chakra and is overall superior to the last naruto who just has full kurama + sage mode)

Well that's what I think IMHO
