Every one knows that Itachi is smarter than Sasuke . And he learns jutsu faster than Sasuke .
If Naruto didn't have his KKG (Uzumaki genes) , he couldn't make an army of shadow clones ... So , he would learn FRS in more time than he did in the manga .
Naruto learned FRS at the age of 16 ; while Sasuke learned Fire Ball Jutsu at the age of 7 .

You act like fireball jutsu is more advanced than FRS. It isn't. FRS is higher on the rank teir than fireball jutsu. ALL Uchiha learn this tech. It isn't some super advanced jutsu. Even the Sarutobi clan has it as they demonstrated during the Juubi fight.

OT: Sasuke without his KG is like Naruto with out Karama, he would just learn something else to compensate. He is an Indra Transmigrant so he has special chakra. Couple that with his learning ability, Orochimaru would probably still take interest and Sauce would probably just take Curse Mark to extreme levels if not becoming a snake sage Himself.

any one with basic knowlegde know that Fire is Uchiha main nature and all members are taught from the begining, even then there are currently not known how many years took them to master it. Even the one you saw was old enough to enter academy and their training years just multiply.

Fire release isn't their innate element. It is the element all Uchiha learn at a young age because the Uchiha clan are old and talented. Again the Sarutobi clan utilized fire release as well. All of them performed the same fire jutsu during the Juubi fight.

Also, Sasuke's nature affinity is lightning not fire. This is why Kakashi taught him chidori.

Why are you trying to use Itachi against Sasuke ?? All members already know that Itachi is smarter than Sasuke .
Sasuke could use shuriken jutsu without copying it with his sharingan . And that's undeniable fact .
And Shuriken Jutsu isn't a clan affinity or something that you can use excuses .

I never said anything about the years it'll take him to master it, all I said is that this would be his capabilities at the end of the day. Which would be fairly well. You don't need to be Uchiha to accomplish all of this, just look at all the other high level shinobis.
